Apologies, you're right. That was the game Fonti pressed me early after I borrowed Citrus' gambit as GD

    Unvote.

No, let's talk this out. We don't choose a lynch a day into Day One. We're pressuring and looking for reactions. The game isn't over.

I agree with this part of your reasoning.

Not that Jan saying such a thing would be unethical, but he said a couple things last game that make me think it would be really out of character for him to take that approach here.

Don't give up. I want to play with you. Just because it looks bad for you now doesn't mean it will always look bad.

    It's not game over.

People suspecting you is not clique bullshit.

If you are town, which I think everyone here acknowledges as a possibility, ignore the haters and do your thing. We'll notice and lynch someone else. But you need to actually do that work.

This is a bad reaction as either alignment mate. For all you know the scumteam is going all in on you.

I'm sorry, but the fact that you didn't think of that just reinforces my scumread on you. I really don't think I'm a bad guy for thinking so, and I'm sorry if the game's making you feel bad. I've been there, and if so just step away for a couple of hours or a day. There's plenty of time left in the day to get back to this.

You just gave that as a reason for your vote.

    Vote Count 1.1

Miner [4]: Fontisian, Vaimes, Owner, Regfan
    Fable [3]: Jarizok, Waco, Rubicon
    Regfan [2]: Jan, Atum
    Delphine [1]: Fable
    Fluffiness [1]: Delphine
    Fontisian [1]: Miner
    Jan [1]: Fluffiness

Abstaining [5]: Cobalt, KaiDASH, Koalas, Newcomb, Vira

With 18 alive, it requires 10 votes to lynch someone at end of day.

I did this pretty quick - if your vote is not where you want it, just re-vote in your next post, sorry!

Day Ends in 52.5ish hours: Timer

I would recommend taking a breather and rereading fontisian's posts on the last page. Me, Waco, and regfan have also discussed issues with your approach to Miner.

Repeatedly saying that people are just objecting to you because you're not blindly sheeping her is, in fact, a strawman.

Think Reg/Jan are decently unlikely to be w/w based on this. It's that thing, where it's a kind of careful/frustrated back and forth. Like two canny cats sniffing each other out. Fake on one side, sure. Faked /to each other/, pretty hard to pull off in my experience.

Talk to me about both these things, Delphine.

Not clear at all on how/why that would kill your vibe?

And I'm not sure I would characterize Fluff's game as "overeager" up to this point.

That's right, You played in yogsloth's aborted Deep Dark Smelly Dungeon game, yeah?

    You were town there, IIRC?

Think Fable/Waco not w/w for essentially the same reasons as Jan/Reg above. Both middling strength reads at this point.

Nice mindmeld-y moment and I'm liking the lack of agenda here. Toss a couple townpoints Jan's way. Still not feeling super sold on this one. Would be kind of disappointed with myself if Jan's town here, since it means I'm maybe taking a step back. If he's a wolf though, patting myself on the back for my instincts telling me to hold back.

Definitely not. Fonti's laziness / enthusiasm is unrelated to her alignment.

Under certain circumstances it /can/ be true, like if she's trying to railroad home the game winning mislynch. But D1, nah. I'd say on balance if you see high effort fonti D1 that's a little more than rand to be town!fonti. Though certainly not a lock. But yeah overall her recent meta is much more lowkey early as both alignments.

    What.

Fonti was the slankiest of slankers D1 that game and then replaced out due to RL stuff.

    ???

Right, that. I should read ahead a little before responding during catchup.

I would most likely not mention it because I would not care about doing game stuff while being on skype with her, which means the whole thing would not be a thing.

I would fake it if the thought were to cross my mind though, I promise!
