Having read the March entries and scores, I'd like to add that the judges must have been asshats. That is all.

 

I would recommend posting the May category once the March results have been released. Giving authors more than a full month to plan and conceive will almost certainly invite more entries than the two weeks given for the April one.

Edit: Had not seen March had been posted. Still, it'd be ideal to have the category far in advance. No way I finish Sole Survivor without the extra week to plan it out before I began.

 

Judging probably would've gone better if there had been a mandatory cut-off date. Say, a week after the subforum is open?
