    Ok, I'm in. I've been reading through the sourcebook and it definitely looks interesting enough to try. I've no idea how it works in practice though, so if I make mistakes don't scream at me :p.

    Can we get an estimated time on the first UA game? And possibly what level it will be at, I've got a street level Cliomancer set up and I need to know if I have to change that... And I'm getting impatient waiting for it XD.

    Having a hard time finding a realistic trigger event, nothing seems shocking enough, or if it is shocking, it doesn't seem like something that'd confirm my belief in an underground society of people that can use magic.

    I'm having that problem as well. I was gunna go with family murdered in a very weird way but then it occurred to me that that wouldn't make me start believing in a underground society that practiced magick :(

    Personally I was thinking something along the lines of soldier whos squad got slaughtered by a New Inquistion hitsquad. With the way they dress and act it might not imply magic but it at least implies some not quite so normal shit just happened.

    There's an easy solution to that, and it has nothing to do with your back story and everything to do with how obsessed/paranoid your character is. Since I'm going for a cliomancer he's going to have an obsession with history and just a slight case of paranoia, thus I have an excuse to make him investigate his parents' deaths so he can find out that an urbanomancer did it...

    I got the inspiration watching Stargate >_>. Daniel Jackson's parents are useful for something after all.

    I was gunna go for Personamancy. So maybe another Personamancer killed them and I'm trying to find him?

    Also what group type are we going to do? Friends, Acquaintances, or something else?

    Question, does a paradigm mind skill count as one of your usual ones that you have to buy or can you buy it separately?
