Ive looked at it at like four or five times, and it's creepy but I don't get the humour? Am I supposed to know who's on the other side of the door?

Unfortunately I have no answer for this other than it being from that particular artist, so I found it mildly amusing.

 

The last quote comes from "Dave Barry Slept Here: A Sort of History of the United States." It was one of the "history" books I was allowed to read for class in high-school.

Thanks for that. A very engaging read, by which I mean that I laughed out loud several times. I particularly like how the whole first part of his biography is almost entirely void of citations, which I think captures the spirit of the man quite well.
