I once had to buy a book, used, that I would only use for one semester, for $350. It some bullshit.

 

I mean my record for stealing textbooks off the internet culminated in spending nine dollars one semester, which was after spending around two hundred the previous semester. I don't know how expensive books are at different institutions, but where I was, they really got you with the online classroom software.

 

Please. I once had to spend $735 on a book for a one semester course. Of course the professor was the author of the book...

I feel like if professors have the right to force students to buy their crappy price gouged books, then students should have the right to take a great steaming shit on their desks and/or windshields.
