    No matter what image I use, be it uploaded or from a URL, I get "Invalid file."

    Bumping the thread isn't going to magically fix the issue. I've no doubt Raven will fix the issue when he has the time.

    Correct. Raven when on vacation does not fix issues. I'll look into them today as time permits -- I'm sure you can survive without an avatar for a few more hours.
