Magicks of the Arcane is a great one.

Can someone recommend me a fic where Harry Potter is feared by the Wizarding World? Where people cower at the very mention of his name?

Harry, in this, is eventually feared by everyone, and for good reason. It's rated mature for a reason, and the basis, non-spoiler summary (because it's also mentioned in the summary) is full-fledged psychopath!Harry.

I don't think I was able to finish this one because it made me uncomfortable, but it fits the bill for a Harry who is feared by everyone. But it's also involves a harem, even in first year. But Harry is pretty screwed up and evil in this one, if that's what you're looking for.

This one is my favorite on the list, and Harry is feared for pretty much the entire story, in a roundabout way (you'll see what I mean if you read it). It's a wrong boy-who-lived fanfiction, and there is some cliche tropes that go along with that in the beginning, but eventually it diverges into its own thing. Very psychological, and I loved it.
