Did the 3 eyed raven storyline ruin GOT?

    I have been thinking over where exactly everything went wrong for GOT and I can't help but think 3 eyed Raven/Bran storyline ruined the show. It's so out of left field in a low magic fantasy setting and it makes no sense. Always felt Bran storyline made no sense whatsover in the show and the show would have been better of with him dead.

    GOT was two stories.

    The low fantasy literal game of thrones.

    And high fantasy White Walkers and long night.

    Bran was vital to the later, not so much the former.
