I generally avoid ASoIaF stories as I haven't read the books or seen A Game of Thrones, but I have Technomad on my followed authors list so when this came up and it was (at the moment) short I decided it wouldn't hurt to read it. I haven't read Flashman so I can't tell how accurately this was written or in the characters are in character but I greatly enjoyed it despite having only a rudimentary understanding of ASoIaF.

4/5 from me.

 

Yeah, it's in character, and I dare say have quite good character interactions... BUT
