Does someone know a decent HP story, which features characters from Slavic mythology and/or literature, such as the Serpent Garynich, Koschei the Immortal (basically a lich, whose phylactery is a needle, which is in an egg, which is in a duck, which is in a hare, which is in an iron chest (sometimes the chest is crystal and/or gold), which is buried under a green oak tree, which is on the island of Buyan in the ocean), the Baba Yaga (a hag), the cat sitting on the golden chain in the oak tree (despite what all say, it's name is NOT "khatul madan"), rusalka (water nymph) or upyr (konda vampire)?

Cartographer's Craft features some mythology, but no actual characters from it.

Turn me Loose mentions Baba Yaga. Doesn't really have her in any significant capacity, but that's all I can think of. Also, if you don't mind some (pseudo-)Norse mythology and massive amounts of smut/PWP, there is Harry Potter and the Midnight Sun (Ficwad).

    The Phoenix and the Serpent.

All sorts of mythology. Including a soul inside of a, which inside of b, etc ...

    Skip forward to chapter 25.

Thanks for the stories, but are there any stories with them being a major character?

Why would you recommend a story to anyone and tell them to skip three quarters of it? Especially one of the greatest stories of all time?

He wanted the mythology. That starts with Dahlia.

I, and a lot of other people, are well aware of how good this story is.
