I have browsed throught the first 5 pages of this topic and couldn't see anything on this film. So I just decided to make one myself.

I happened to be bored of studying and took a break to watch this. When it came out in the cinema's I knew it would be bad. I generally pride myself on having a great shit-o-movie radar. But this managed to surpass my low, low expectations. Michael Bay- "For shame" *insert head shaking*

The general lack of really neccessary information in this film is the first shocking thing. The next is how shamelessly the film tries to hit its target demographic. Watching it, I almost felt like they hadn't bothered with hiring writers. Instead, someone had just taken notes during a meeting of the investors and given them everything they wanted, in order to sell the film.

Part of me want's to actually find and read the book just to see if it was the author or the script writer who was the idiot. The lack of logic in the film is almost maddening.
