    I was sure this fic was in the library, but I can't find it, so I decided to ask for help.

    The basic plot was Harry didn't go to Hogwarts because the Dursleys convinced Dumbledore that Harry didn't want to go. Harry grows up in the Muggle world, but then years later he's found, possibly by Lupin, who then becomes his tutor.

    Most of you have probably seen it, as I could have sworn that it was posted in For Review a while back, but it wasn't in The Alternates, or if it was then I didn't recognise the title.
