I have man boobs. I admit it. So do 40% - 60% of all men so it is fairly common. The proper name for it is glyctomenia or something like that. Anyways I went to the doctor, and he reccomended that I visit a specialist that specializes in hormones. I did and he said I should work out at the gym 4 days a week because most of my chest is simply fat and not breast tissue. Well, I have been exercising more lately and I noticed a reduction in my chest. It is slight but it is reducing! I am pretty happy about it. I just hope I won\\\'t be made fun of much for admitting my secrets online to a bunch of people where half of them love to bash... (no offense.)

What is your opinions on this? Do you have man boobs? If so, did you get rid of it?
