Very cool.

Just one thing ... how exactly is 'Only Enemies' a Time Travel fic? I may be acting like a little shit of a nitpicker here, but they didn't travel through time in that one, 'merely' to another reality. Timeframe remains the same as it had been in their reality of origin. It would fit in better amongst the 'Alternates'.

Or am I thinking too much and forgetting to tell myself 'relax, it's just a fanfic'?

 

Time travel also includes Travel to Other Dimensions.

The AU section is for stories that are not travel to alternate universes, but Alternate Universes from the start, such as a story where Harry is brought up by different people, or a story where he isn't the boy who lived etc.

So are you going to be adding *all* the fics in the DLP library (located on ff.net) to their respective sections? Or just the most recent ones, the ones the C2 managers approve, the ones rated high enough?

 

We've trawled through our respective sections of the library, keeping in close contact with Dark Syaoran via IRC, deciding which stories are worthy and which ones aren't.

A useful by-product of this is Sya now has a list of stories that might not be good enough for the library, so there may be a load of deletions happening soon.

 

By deletions, I'm hoping you mean moving them to the trash bin.

The threads and discussions on fics failing to meet DLP standards are still worth keeping. As well as presence in the trash bin keeps people from trying to repost them for review. (Sorry, off topic. Yay C2s again.)

 

I believe that the following process is going to be taken:

If a story is 4 or 5 star rated, then it stays in the library,
If a story is 3 star rated, it is moved to the Trash bin,
If a story is 2 or 1 star rated, then it is deleted.

I don't know what happens with unrated threads.

Of course this is all unofficial, just what I've heard being discussed.

And yeah, c2s rock!

 

That what the sticky in the "For Review" is for. All the stories that have been found lacking are listed there.

If someone disregards it, chances are that he would have disregarded the thread in the bin as well.

^I find it hard to believe that a fic like that was well recieved enough here at one point to be worthy of a DLP c2.
