Reinstalling Microsoft Office Error 1935

    I'm trying to reinstall Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 on my laptop but I keep getting an Error 1935 message.

    The Microsoft Support Answer Desk suggested I uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft .NET Framework but since I'm using Windows 8 that fix doesn't work.

    Can anyone help me?

    If you have adaware or something else, that seems to kick off the error as well. If push comes to shove, go into your windows tools and shut off all your third party software, reboot, and then load it, then go back in and turn the software back on.
