    So general thoughts.

Tom and Reg probably aren't w/w is the strongest read I have in the game. Tom is capable of some pretty convincing scum theater but I don't think that's what the exchange with Reg was. Just felt too stilted.

Standing by my wolf!tom is likely with a strong buddy. Fonti or Gemma seem like the most obvious candidates to me but I'm unfamiliar with so many players in this game so it's hard for me to narrow it down. As for why, it's how he's been handling Lump.

Amberiat had an awkward entrance and hasn't added much. Want more but general impression is uncomfortable scum.

Jarizok just feels wrong to me. Too much that is pinging me. Especially the Ampharos read on page 2.

Ampharos feels townie to me. She's relaxed and I liked her playing devil's advocate on my Jari push. Felt like she was coming from a place of townie skepticism.

Okay I'm back, currently feeling the happiest I've ever been! :)

I'll be catching up while at work in the next few hours, will dump my thoughts at the end of that.

@tom You already commented on the Ampharos part saying it didn't move the needle for you but that's the main thing.

This post stood out to me even before the strange reasoning for the Amy read provided. The reluctance to vote Reg while pointing at it is a thing.

I don't believe that he believes this read. Like I just don't. Feels like he's decided he wanted to scum read Ampharos and this is the best reason he could find.
Targeted call outs from a player who had largely been fluffing is a red flag. It's forced and is something that comes mostly from scum.
Those are some pretty soft reasons to end up towning someone. I don't understand how this post leads to that conclusion.
    --- Post automerged ---
Especially with this post. Goes from comfortable towning Cobalt to leaving them in the no impression pile. His reads are internally inconsistent and fairly at odds with how I'm seeing the game. Just doesn't feel like town here.

Eh I'll just dump as I go I guess.

Don't really make anything of any of Umamis posts either way, hoping they'll actually have some thoughts on things when they come back in the thread; I'm happy with /anything/, weak reads, leans, any sort of thoughts or opinion.

I really like Grapes response towards my read on him in 202, I also think the way he's questioning people about my meta in 205 both come across as him genuinely trying to get a read on me, and find his response towards my explanation of the town read on him super town. I like his reasoning behind his Jarizok scum read too, don't know if I agree with it's conclusion but can very much follow the thought process. Actually /very/ confident the dudes just town here.

    Why is fonti mafia?

I don't understand how you guys have actual team reads at this point.
    --- Post automerged ---
I don't know if you remember or not, but in the mtgs team mafia game where he was scum he was super inactive and did basically nothing all game. I haven't seen him as mafia anywhere else so I don't know how representative that is but it's worth keeping in mind.

Kind of eh on Citrus's recent posting, it all feels pretty empty and for someone who's posted about being excited to finally be town there's not really much initiative or pro-active scumhunting attempts done here at all.

@Gemma - I imagine you're referring to Grape; in which case they'd sort of strengthen the town read on him anyway and I imagine it's a read that you're sharing too then? If you had to pick 3 reads to #bankthegame on right now, what are they?

If were talking about the same thing its specifically the, just, craziness of the read that doesnt move the needle. That type of read is def in both jaris ranges.

Rest of this post, the reluctance to vote reg was the only thing i noticed at the time, and generally agree the cobalt stuff looks hinky.

    Sure

Is there something I'm missing with Jarizok? That's two different people saying they can see my line of thinking but don't think it's indicative for him. Is there a representative town game I can go read.

@Gemma The team game was my worst game in ages. My heart wasn't in it and I basically didn't play the game. If you want to see a more representative losing effort in a scum game from me check out the recently completed Banned Mafia on MTGS.

Should chime in on this but I don't think Jarizoks reluctance to vote me is a scum tell here at all and think people are sort of misreading that. Jarizoks scum read me (incorrectly) every time we've played together pretty much, he's aware at this stage that he just always scum reads me so him not voting with the read makes sense.
    --- Post automerged ---
@Vaimes - Would like some words about your scum-team world thing as well as your town read on Gemma when you get time. And if you get more time on top of that, your read on me here would be nice too since I kind of expected you to scum read my early posts here based on how I think you read me.
    --- Post automerged ---
(by your read on me here, I mean an explanation behind the town read on me)
    --- Post automerged ---
Still have no read on Amberiat at all and might sound stupid but I'm kind of troubled by the amount of focus the slots gotten in comparison to slots I think should be discussed more from what they've posted, particularly the sort of people commenting on the slot and the people who have voted it, little worried that's the scum teams "designated easy mslynch" here a bit. Should be able to shore up my thoughts on all of this when he starts posting a bit more though I guess.
    --- Post automerged ---
Town read on Cobalts weakened a fair bit, few things I don't really like in his recent posting, should sort of do a quick comparison to his opening here vs his opening in WH8 at some point when I get time too.
    --- Post automerged ---
    Alright, going into a meeting for a few hours, will finish up after that, pretty much at;

Grapes almost always town here, Amphs very probably town. Vaimes/Cobalt are weak iffy town reads.

    No real read on Umani/Amberiat.

Super weak scum read on Citrus.

Still have to go through Fonti/Gemma/Fluff/Jarizok/Tom.

That's good to know. What do you make of his progression on Cobalt and Ampharos?

Which slots do you think deserve more focus than Amber? There isn't enough there for a strong feeling on Amber but enough that I'm interested.

Do you have thoughts on things unrelated to your panda avarice?

Because I'm not really inclined to vote the panda to you over someone I'm actively afraid of.

Doesn’t explain you lumping Citrus. :V

    @Regfan

I liked that you townread me and scumread Gemma, and sort of just rolled with that as the base for the read.

You probably need to update how you think I read you? And it seems like you've recently started every game thinking I should scumread you from the getgo because...something? Right now I'm just doing what I did with Voxx in the last whateverhunt. Looking for signs of being town vs. looking town. You haven't pinged me as being artificial.

No comment on the team read.

Gemma I think is town because it seemed like we were about to have another misunderstanding slash fight that we've had before when we were both town and scumread each other for raisins.

This is the main Jari post I had an issue with wrt him saying things just to say them. It seemed like he was just looking for something to say when he came back into the thread.

@Grapefruit21 - Okay, so thoughts on the rest of your Jarizok scum read stuff is pretty much that I can understand the "Reasoning behind scum read on Amberiat feels like he's going conclusion->reasoning there" thing but I don't think it's something impossible for him to believe, generally find his thought process and reads to be...weird? and hard to follow at times? I think the particular player it's on isn't great though and does have some scum motivation to it though, ie. in Town!Amberiat worlds I think it's an easy target and someone that Scum!Jarizok would push there.

I don't think his call out to be engaged with is alignment indicative, probably just a Gemma was online at the same time as him situation. About the only thing I'm sort of looking at and agreeing completely with your case is the Cobalt reasoning from him being weak and feeling wrong? Fwiw, I come out of Jarizoks ISO with a weakish scum read here, I actually think there's been /less/ reads and opinions from him then I'd sort of expect if he's town? I imagine he'll become a bit easier to read as the day progresses though.
