Reg, I'm going to go through your post piece by piece.

Yeah, it's weird how he didn't build off of any of his thoughts in that post to get reads actually relevant to the gamestate. Like, at the very least, I would have expected him to talk about me and return the mindmeldy feelings, but instead the post was just self defense.

Agreed on Cobalt. I don't think this is the kind of thing town!Cuth who hasn't put a lot of thought into his reads would do, because the gut reaction of "oh, I don't like these people pilling on Cobalt" just doesn't happen if he's townreading the people piling on, which he was.

I think this one could go either way. I think it was weird regardless of Cuth's alignment, and probably something I'll have to factor into my idea of his play once I know his alignment.

Yes. This is the part I really agree with. The jump from townreading me and you to trying to push you down and raise me up without trying to convince you I'm town or dive into anything we were doing felt hella opportunistic.
