I posted this over at the Portkey Talk but seems like people are less likely to write this story, someone requested posting it here so here I am. I hope this actually meets someone's interest.

Set after fifth/sixth book - the summer (Dumbledore needs to be alive in this story so it's up to you what year you want to do it).

The Dursleys have mysteriously disappeared from their home along with the 'Boy-Who-Lived' and that is not all. Harry returns back to Hogwarts after the summer completely different. He is no longer wallowing in Sirius' death, if anything, it makes him stronger.

What is it, I want someone to play 'Jigsaw' (If you have seen the films 'Saw' you know where I'm going with this.) They have been watching Harry/or it is Harry but I feel that them watching Harry is more fun - you can make it anyone ie, Sirius comes back to life, Someone from Harry's past or someone who came to the school (Maybe bring Crouch Jr's sanity back and lines up with Harry or heck! Even Lockhart - it's up to you).

They have been watching everyone for a while and have deemed the Dursley guilty for abusing Harry.

'Welcome to the Game of your Life. Where some of you will die, some of you will live. The question is...how much you value your life?'

This is a trick question - what it does is make people think about their lives, how much do they value their lives - this is mostly connected to Harry because of his life, how he has willingly thrusted himself into danger just to save someone (ie, Hermione, Hagrid, Ginny, Fleur's sister, Sirius etc).

So, how much does the other value their lives? Do they value it more than anyone else or do they value someone else's life above theirs?

What I want the author to do is to create a complex place of puzzles. Jigsaw is very good at his/her job and they are very protective of Harry so they will do whatever it takes for people to understand the pain he goes through each year.

People you CAN use in the Puzzles:
Dumbledore
Snape
Voldemort
Malfoy (Sn or Jr- but I did think someone could use Draco as Jigsaw because he wants to help Harry but it's up to you)
Dolhovo (The guy who attacked Hermione in fifth book)
Umbridge
Fudge
Any Death Eaters
Rita Skeeter - if you want
Ginny - Jigsaw has saw her do something that wasn't allowed so she has to be 'punished'
Ron - because he has turned his back on Harry and ignored Harry in his Jealously - maybe he could have tried something with Hermione - up to you
Cho Chang - up to you

Anyone you have met in the book and really hate.

Characters you can NOT use
Hermione - she has proven again and again that she stands by Harry no matter what.
Neville - He had bravely stood up for what was right and he never turned his back on Harry.
Luna - because she also hasn't turned her back on Harry.

Harry can be bait - everyone is given a time limit to get to Harry in time before he dies - could say that he is in a locked room with a short supply of air. He doesn't have to be but if he was bait, he was never in a locked room, he is in the room with Jigsaw and watching them.

Get people to use magic, at this point, some of them believes that Magical beings are more powerful than Humans and that when they realise they must abandon magic in use for human methods because Magic doesn't work.

It is up to you if the Dursleys are still alive during the puzzles when the others comes in but if they are dead, leave their body in the room so that the others can see how the puzzle went wrong.

It has to bloody, gory and bloody again. It's not a nice piece of story, it's a dark story.

For the characters used in the puzzles - well, that is entirely up to the author, like the riddle says - 'Some will die, some will live'.

Make the ones that do live with be forever reminded of this scar and make it clear that Jigsaw WILL come back for them again if they dared to forget and start doing the same thing over and over again.

For the police - you can have it as the Aurors or you can have it as normal policemen who have been actively seeking out Jigsaw and they encounter the puzzle room to find who have died. You can even use the order as the force if wished.

Mature/Adult rating

Relationship: Harry/Hermione Luna/Whoever you want. Neville/Whoever you want. It has to be a Harry/Hermione relationship but because it's a puzzle story, Harry/Hermione tones would be better.

Who would be powerful or intelligent enough to contain Dumbledore and Voldemort in some stupid muggle traps? I find it hard to think that even a wizard Jigsaw would be able to even catch either of them off guard.

I do. I get all excited when I see views in my WbA threads rising steadily but with very little reviews. Whether it's gay fucks who have accounts just to read WbA or my stories are bad I dunno.
