That... that was good, really good. Shame about what happened to CC at the end. Think it's permanent?

You have to admit that CC was really cute when she lost her memories. I'm more fond of arrogant witch CC, but she did innocent well too.

Well considering Lelouch did everything but swear eternal love to her, plot wise, she can't get her memories back until the end.

I bring spoilers. Copied from CGF.

Note:I only skimmed them, but from what we've seen already, they seem to be true. All of them. Do not read if you are not interested.

Ougi meets up with Viletta during the Super United States’ takeback of Japan, and begins to doubt Zero.
Suzaku says he wants to meet Lelouch.
Schneizel was doubting Suzaku, and shows up to arrest Lelouch when he arrives to meet Suzaku.
The contents of Lelouch and Suzaku’s conversation are recorded and leaked, and the Knights find out about his Geass.
Lelouch thinks this was all a trap by Suzaku.
Lolo dies from overusing his Geass.
    Nina’s nuke kills 10000000 Japanese.
CC loses her powers and memory, calls Lelouch “King”.
Asahina is killed by Nina’s nuke, his last words lead to the Knights’ betrayal.
Nunally goes missing, Ashford is fine.
The Knights find out that Zero was a Britannian prince and think he was using them as playthings.
Diethard forsakes Lelouch too (he says “your broadcast ends here”)
    Ougi leads the mutiny.
Suzaku doesn’t use the Refrain on Karen.
They fight a bit and he ends up getting stabbed in the leg with it and gets flashbacks to when Euphie was alive (apparently Sakurai’s voice acting is particularly worthy of mention at this part)
The term (”kaku”/nuke) is not actually used.
    Nunally persuades Suzaku.
Gareth- Gawein prototype. Has Hadron machine guns instead of cannons. Has Gawein’s rabbit ears.
Percival- Knight of Ten’s KMF. Hadron machine gun and drill.
Galahad- Knight of One’s KMF. Twice the size of a regular KMF, uses a large sword (Excalibur)
Freya- Nina’s nukes. A few prototypes are made; Lancelot is equipped with one.
Great Britannia- Wakamoto’s new flying ship.

Oh and may I say-HA! I was right, the knights do abandon zero!

    Enough Gloating >_>.

Yeah those have been out for a little while.

We really don't know how much of it will be true. The only reason these are considered accurate at all is because they foretold C.C. losing her memories. I'm not sure how I feel about the spoilers. I guess it depends how they're done, and I have no reason to doubt they will be excellent. Two things I can't understand from there.

    1. Why does Diethard forsake Lelouch? Isn't he an even better story this way? He's never been in it for Japan, so I can't imagine he'll be too upset at the deception.

    2. Why would the Black Knights betray Lelouch at all. They suck without him as has been proven on multiple occassions. Unless he is dead I don't know why they'd forsake him, even if he is a prince. Besides, everyone knows that Lelouch already gave up his claim to the throne, so I don't understand what they'd believe he was using them for.

Nina is officially insane, and I think I might kill her in the fanfiction story I'm working on (no promises) just because she's a bitch. I hope she dies in her own nuke.

If the spoilers are to be believed, Apparently word of Lelouch's Geass and heritage gets out. Along with the bad blood he's caused within his own troops by killing civilians, theres more than enough reason to go against lelouch

Ah, C.C., a woman of many talents. She can cook, clean, milk cows, and count to twenty! Hell, she even cleans up dead bodies!

    /end sarcasm

It seems like R2 enjoys alternating between epic win and making me facepalm. What the hell happened this episode??? Lelouch punched through space-time & told C.C. to "Clench those teeth!" broke out of a crappy art gallery in C.C.'s mind, blew up the Mental Elevator-Sword/Super-Weapon and turned C.C. into his sex slave.

At least we learned a little about 'Codes'. Although one can't forget Orange-kun's Oscar winning monologue with Bartley's corpse, and the insatiable table lover Nina's foray into Atomic SAKULA DYTE bombs. Suzaku even got his 'must not turn to the dark side' moment to show that even though he's turned into a ruthless bastard; its still okay to hate him because he's a gigantic pussy. Oh, yeah... NINJA MAID ACTION >:3

Sadly, Nunnally was about the only person who didn't end up failing this week. As far as I'm concerned the only thing this episode was missing was Rolo dropping a steamroller on someone and Rivalz big reveal as the Knight of Four. Hopefully turn sixteen will be better.

In conclusion: FUCK YOU SUNRISE. FUCK YOU!

huh, new episode was awesome, though knowing that the knights will betray Zero really puts a damper on things.

    ...

Spoiler-tag please. But yeah, this episode was good. My favorite part was when the emperor hijacked into OoBK show.

Chime, no need to add a spoiler tag, really. That's just speculation.

Ehh, the "speculation" has been pretty accurate so far. As for Episode 16...

I thought it was awesome. However, I saw the Emperor's interruption coming a mile away. Seriously, Lelouch has pulled that trick so many times that I've come to expect it on every television broadcast.

The other problem I had with this episode is that it's completely meaningless for Lelouch because the Knights will betray him. I believe the speculation and it'll be sad to see all his hard work undone. I'm wondering if he'll turn it back into a 3 faction war with the dissenting KoR. You can see the tension between the KoR, and I could easily see Anya, Gino, and maybe even Spinzaku leave the group and join Lelouch once he is revealed as Lelouch Vi Britannia.

However, Kallen's 16 hit-combo on Spinzaku was total win and the episode gets a 10/10 from me just for that. BTW, I've really come to appreciate Kaguya. That girl is simply made of political savvy.

And to think he could avoid it all summoning all the knights that went to the secret base and submitting them to the power of Geass.

The next episode looks quite promising, I hope we get to see Suzaku/Lelouch bonding XD (well, no, but I think that's one bump we have to go trough for the greater plot to happen).

    Yeah, that's a small plothole.

But, realize that Lelouch doesn't know of the betrayal that's brewing. And by the time he does, he'll probably loathe the idea of geassing everyone. It wouldn't make him any better than the Emperor.

These last few episodes have been great. I'm genuinely surprised by how everything's coming together... though there are less than ten episodes left, how are they going to end everything so quickly?

Oh, and the ruined chess board was a great symbol. They should have saved it for later towards the end. Would have had a greater impact.

I don't think the Black Knights will betray him because of the massacre of the Geass Order. They're more likely to do it because he is Lelouch Vi Britannia and they will think it's some sick joke.

S-T? Anyone with half a brain could see it coming a mile away, even without the spoilers out.

Just for shits and giggles though-
    @ramadden13
I take it you've read the spoilers? It's most likely going to be a culmination of the fact that he's ordered them to slaughter civilians, and that they think he's toying with them.

@Ramadden: But he thought of that contigency in the episode, so he's not going to do it himself. Maybe because of pressure from the Empire or on Nunally though...

Hmmm, the world is now either Britannia or not Britannia. One thing that struck me was the Emperor's statement, "Whether you win all or lose all, the battle originally was such." It seems that the goal was for his strongest son to become the successor. This is brilliant in the sense that whoever wins, it will be the Britannian royal line who will rule.

....Except for the fact that Zero's nation is a democracy and Zero himself is simply in charge of the military.

To be in charge of the military grants GREAT power and usually it is the military who overthrow governments so if he really wanted to seize complete power it would be no problem for him.

And he also has that lil' thing called "Geass" so he can just use it on the whole council and voila, the "democracy" has turned into a "dictatorship" only that no one will really now.

Like I said earlier, any idiot can see the knights are going to rebel against Zero, so everything you're saying is not relevant =/.
