Looks good. I'm glad they kept the glimpses of Tom Riddle's life. I had heard rumors that they had dumped that. Dump that, and you're left with a badly done teen romance.

Hmph, it actually looks decent, despite my expectations of failure.

I hated the last one, so we'll see how this one goes.

Not sure what to make of it. Definetely seems darker, but just like afrojack said, trailers can be deceiving and might turn out to be a horrid movie. Just have to see on November 21.

If only the books could have actually been like the way that trailer just portrayed the sixth movie. That movie is still going to be filled with Harry being a dumbfuck over Ginny. I'm glad we get to see Tom's history though. But at the same time it annoys me to see that he was so awesome as a child and just turned into the biggest pussy when he actually had the power to accomplish his goals (whatever they may have become when he was resurrected).

Wow, looks awesome despite the book its based on. Love the setting Harry Potter theme music makes. And also, is it just me or Radcliffes haircut gets gayer every movie?

    Lol.

Personally, I thought that his GOF haircut was the worst. Nothing looks bad compared to that.

I thought they had it about right in POA, which as it turns out, is perhaps the last great book, or close to it.

Think Gambon's actually read the books yet? You'd think that was a somewhat important part of the job description.

Hmm harry never broke up with Chang in the last movie. I wonder how they are going to work that out.

I thought that break up was pretty clear with the whole, made up 'Cho told Umbridge about the DA' thing.

Meh it wouldn't really matter seeing as its usually some foolish script writer that thinks they know the key aspects of the stories, so doubtful of anything other then whats written will be in there.

Was it just me or did little Tom Riddle seem more like an angsting pre-teen for most of that converstation with Dumbledore instead of a budding revolutionist? I thought he was suppose to get raging when his cupboard lit on fire, that was a key point in the book.

Trailers are always deceiving. The trailer for the last movie was just as good and this movie will be worse.

I just hope the movie is actually as good as the trailer makes it out to be, the only thing I'm not looking forward to is fucking Ginny.

    Tom was cool.

I love the theme music, always have.

Tom Riddle WAS an angsty pre-teen. He wasn't a budding revolutionist dark lord, until he killed Myrtle to make his first horcrux. That's when he crossed the line from yet another angsty teen to putting his money where his mouth was, so to speak.

I heard that Patrick Stewart knew jackshit about Xavier and the X-men, but then he did a decent job IMO. And if you didn't think he did a good job, well...at least he got offed in the last movie.

Do we see the quirky parallel yet ? :D

On topic: The trailer looks really good. KtheGreat reminded me about the Ginny faggotry to come and brought me back to reality though. While the average fan is probably going to blow their wad just glimpsing at this trailer, I can't lie and say that it didn't get me a little excited about the movie. Feel free to reference this post when I jump on the "JEEZOZ HBP MOVIE SUCKED FLOPPY DONKEY COCK" bandwagon.

/me grumbles about how Rowling and those retard actors are gonna make bank on this flick, with two movies still to come.

I thought young Tom Riddle came across as a great little pre-psycho. FYI, young Tom is being played by Ralph Fienes' nephew.

They know how to make a shit movie look like a good movie in trailers. Just look at GoF and OotP.

Tom Riddle reminded me of Damien, a little.

Best line: "I can talk to snakes, you know. They come, they whisper things."

Not actually wording, but you get the idea. Thought it was pretty awesome.

Michael Gambons famous for not reading into his characters, he has stated that he just puts on the beard and plays himself, he also hasn't read the books in case of a character death or change or something.

Although; I must agree that he looks to play more like Dumbledore in this one, and there should be a lot of Dumbledore in the film, unfortunately there are rumours that some of the best bits have been cut out, the gaunts, the dursleys and Dumbledores meeting, Scrimgeour, they cut out all the cool bits, yet leave in Quidditch and Romance.

I think the Tom Riddle scenes looked brilliant, cold, calm and stoic, and sadly Dumbledores wandless magic didn't bother me this time, it gave him the feeling of power, whereas in POA and OOTP films his wandless sucked hairy nigga ballsacks.

Also loved Dumbledore putting on the ring and cojuring the lasso of fire against the inferi, still the film has the ability to be either immense, or epic failure.
