Sylar did say that the spot to hit him was microscopic. Danko probably just missed. >_>

I just can't wait until this volume is over. With Fuller heading up Volume Four from the start (right?), without all this crap from earlier seasons and the beginning of this season, it should be good.

Season finale tomorrow, will Sylar finally die?

@Sion Revan: Agreed. Thrown knives suck as weapons. Danko hitting a microscopic point with one? Puh-leaze.

Sylar's shapeshifting mojo might also have fucked with his brain enough that the sweet spot has moved. Dude grew an extra tooth after all.

I'm hoping it's Nathan that dies, just because he's really annoying. His brother is even more annoying, but he has the potential to kick ass which kind of redeems him. Sylar won't die just because he's the best character the show has, but he really needs to be de-powered again. Preferably soon.

    .....the Fuck!?

This has to be the biggest bullshit episode ever.

This episode sucked big time. First last time I checked Claire's blood healed people. Why not just do it again? What was with this bullshit Sylar is Nathan crap? Also when we started Peter could only absorb one power, so when he touched Sylar, he should of only gotten the 'know how things work' power.
Claire was useless as usual, while Hiro's power loss was completely unexplained other than his body rejecting it.

And doesn't Claire's blood revive people? Why go through this whole charade when you have a walking Jesus with you?

Honestly I'm about to give up on this show.

Peter did only get one power. He just chose the shapeshifting.

I won't argue that. I was hoping for a return to Peter's original power this season, but now I don't think it will happen at all. It seems they want the heroes to team up to take down Sylar once again, it would be too simple if Peter was more powerful.

Ignoring how Peter chose what power to get, think about what he did with it. Intelligently chose which one he wanted. Laid a trap for Sylar and hit him when his guard was down. Peter may finally be turning over a new leaf.

Yup he's turning a new leaf, completely neglecting the fact that he had to get the President to believe his story and go elsewhere, while he takes his secret service team with him with the big possibility of them dying to stop Sylar. They also made a big deal about what would happen if a Senator was killed by someone with abilities, yet they have the President's Chief of Staff dead in the kitchen of that hotel. And wtf are they going to tell the hotel managers when they see the penthouse destroyed, a dead senator in one room and a dead chief of staff in the kitchen? This episode was complete bullshit, and probably the worst season finale I have ever seen. Thank God for Supernatural.

I am done with this show. At 9:00 on mondays I will be sticking with Jack Bauer. Jack could've taken out Sylar in 3 days. :) I have a feeling that next season will be Heroes last. A lot of people are giving up on the show.

I'm wondering if they're trying to account for the alternate future timeline where sylar supposedly is peters brother and is living in Claire's house. and he goes nuclear over Noah's death.

Stick with me here. Sylar is pretty much manipulated into thinking he is Peters brother, but he's still sylar deep down. We know he can absorb powers without sticking his finger in their brain but he doesn't have the patience or the personality to do it. But maybe the new Sylar/Nathan mix would account for the somewhat lame sweater vest wearing nut that took over claires house.

This makes a lot of sense to me the more I think about it.

Claire gets wise and resurrects Nathan on her own. Nathan confronts Sylar/Nathan. Truth comes out. drama. Peter Curls his lip sexily a few dozen times for the ladies.

Nathan takes his place as senator and goes nuts again. Maybe Claires blood does weird things to the super powered people making them go stupid and cliche dark side.

Thus resulting in Claire going emo Leather wearing stump with a gun.

Sylar/Nathan is confused but is still more of a brother to peter than Jesus Nathan. Who now is in control of a legitimized government funded company.

I mean that would make more sense than sylar never realizing that Mama petrellie was lieing to him all those years.

All the players are there except Daphne, and I think that can be explained away as new time line issues.

The season started out strong but as usual the endings leave me angry and emo...

But I think they're atleast trying to account for the old crap they put out. Hell We may find out the meaning of the symbol and all those other things that drove us nuts the first season before the accursed writers strike.

    Atleast Chuck was good...

Why doesn't Peter's power not make sense? One would think that he's gotten used to his new, limited power of only absorbing one ability. One would think that he could atleast conciouslessly choose to take a power, and which one.

All Sylars powers aren't connected to his main one, there all seperate, So Peter can choose any to take. Atleast Nathan is now a nice source to visit to get a different power of Peter's choosing. Though I don't know if Peter is aware of Nathan/Sylar. You think he'd be able to figure it out when he touched Nathan though.

I love how all of you rant after each episode, and then the next episode, half of your objections are invalid and the other half are just from your lack of understanding.

This season was just as good/bad as the first season. Watch the first season again. Maybe because it was a new idea just beginning you have fond memories of it, but it wasn't that great...

I am a little worried that Chuck went from virtually useless to unnaturally powerful. I do hope he's limited.

Look at the name, it should be obvious.
    Chuck me!

Sylar went down way too easily. However, I was surprised by the twist of the President turning out to be Peter. After what HRG and Angela did, I cannot wait for Sylar to come back and have his revenge on all these fuckers.

Ali Larter coming back is just boring to me. They need another villain, and Tracy turning heel isn't going to cut it.

I actually loved it. Let's face it. They're not going to let Nathan stay dead, they'll use Claire's blood again. Expect him to come back in the next volume as some sort of shadow person behind a new power/company.

Hiro's gotta die. Yes I'm saying this again. Hate the way they write him.

It didnt make sense. Why didnt Peter become Nathan? He had the power.

    Claire is dumb as shit.
"I'm gonna get in the fight, i'm gonna do something"
Sylar puppetmastered her ass in 2 seconds.

It ended with 6weeks later right. Thats alot of time for Nathan/Sylar to fiqure out he has more than one power.
I mean all he has to do is get hurt and he heals. Than his memories come back. And Sylar just stays as Nathan to fuck with people.

I kind of saw her coming back. She became her element.
She is immortal now. She can be like the Ghost from the Matrix.

I was tired of Ali Larter and her entire story arc way back in season 1

The whole family on the run, schizoid pornstar mother trying to take control of her life thing bored me from the get go.

The only reason they keep her on in my opinion is because they want the sex appeal.

Lets face it, all they've got is two girls in the series that are moderately hot. They've already killed of Sparky miss sex kitten. Elle was hot...

As for Chuck. I'm surprised they didn't use that upload skill idea a while ago. I was sure that was what they were going to do when chuck absorbed the fulcrum intersect.

Normally Scott Bakula is a bit of an over acter but he seemed to be over stating the after flash shock. I predict having an intersect in ones head for too long and more specifically this version will hurt chuck.

So it is Written, So shall it be done!

I don't really think Tracy is immortal... I mean, how she supposedly died(frozen) and with her power, its no surprise that she came back. if, lets say, she get her head chopped off, I don't think melting and coming back together should make her whole again. Since she's dead before she stops melting. They don't want to create another Sylar, and being Immortal is starting to get old.

Having a smart, mortal villian cause havoc is a lot more interesting than a supposedly immortal one that they have to find out how to kill.... again.

As for Nathan/Sylar. Maybe Matt somehow blocked most of Sylars powers to Nathans brain, leaving only flying? Which caused Mrs. Petrelli to worry when Nathan realised the clock was running fast. Otherwise, I really can't see how there little fix could work... at all.

I really think they used this, bleeding when using his power to make Hiro leave the scene for awhile. He'll probably be back. Probably long enough for them to justify him being a little smarter.

Hiro's storyline is the only thing that's making me want to watch the next season. He wasn't handled well after season one, but with all the talk about going back to their roots and concentrating on the characters rather than whatever bullshit plot they've found themselves caught up in, I live in hope. Hiro being so certain that he's got this grand destiny, but knowing that if he does use his powers then he's likely going to have a stroke and die? It's not the comedy double-act that those two usually ended up being, but it has a whole different kind of potential. It even makes sense, given just how hard Hiro usually has to concentrate to do his space/time stuff. If they can just please deliver a well written Hiro and Ando story, I'll completely forgive them for the clusterfuck of Villains and Fugitives.

Everything else can fuck off and die. Fuck Sylar, Fuck Tracy, fuck Matt, fuck Suresh and skullfuck the entire fucking Petrelli family. I'm just bored of them. They haven't done anything I've been interested in since the first season (or in Nathan's case, ever). I'll admit that the solution to the Sylar problem was clever writing, but it was also completely retarded of the family. Should've kept the guy doped up on tranquilizers and then buried the fucker like Hiro did to Adam.

Angela being worried about the clock thing was just plain funny. One of the powers Sylar stole turned him into a fucking lie detector! Are we supposed to believe that in six weeks, nobody has ever lied around a politician?
