The use of Itachi, who was renamed Harry Potter was very annoying. Still it was better than a Naruto/Harry Potter crossover had any right to be. And the idea was somewhat interesting. As was the writing. It likely would have been better if the Weasles had been used instead. With Percy and Ron replacing Itachi and Sasuke instead.

And Sincostan I agree that the rape scene sucked, as did the whole 'everyone lives' part. I would have prefered some gray exist than that whole 'magical misuderstanding' that it turned into.

As much as I want to say

    'OH GOD NEVER SUGGEST THIS'

the more I think about it, the more it would've worked out plotwise. But still. Making the Weasleys main characters, no less Percy and Ron, is a horrid idea. You should feel bad.

I read it, and enjoyed it to an extent. I do think it would have been a lot better had the author not been quite so hamfisted in attempting to turn Harry into Itachi. A mixture of the two (Harry's motivations being similar to Itachi's necessarily without BEING Itachi) would have served better than a radically OOC Harry that was basically a carbon clone of Uchiha Itachi right down to the finger poking, debilitating illness and dying moment directly plucked from the Naruto manga. Author might as well have given Harry the Sharingan. Still, it was a decent read.

    I'll give it a 4/5.

For a oneshot it is damn good. For a bigbrother fic it is even better. 4/5 easy.

Edit: I lulz'd at the Susan Bone reluctant violation.

Meh... It's readable. I have nothing to say about the grammar. I didn't notice any big mistakes. The flow was also alright. Not too fast though I felt the author could have skipped some parts. However, to those familiar with Naruto, the story is very predictable. I didn't think of Harry when I was reading the story. If Itachi and Harry's name were switched and Damy was Sasuke, this could just as well be a reasonable Naruto/HP crossover.

Was I the only one who got a kind of Mary-Sue vibe from Harry in this story? Anyway, it's a good story to read when you have nothing to do... so 2/5

When you're comparing the guy to Itachi it's not so much Mary Sue as complete badass. Canon might have raped his character but I will still hold the image of him raving about stealing Sasuke's eyes in my heart. RIP You fucking psycho.

I give it a 4/5. Honestly it deserves a 3.5/5 instead, but that's not an option and rounding it down to a 3/5 just doesn't seem fair since I did really enjoy reading it and it was written well.

Yes it's a rip off of the Itachi storyline from Naruto, but it's still good. At least Harry wasn't running around using Jutsu or martial arts. I would have liked to have it fleshed out a little more than it was, maybe twice the length, but I think that making it into a full novel-length story would have been a bad idea. As it is though it was too short to really feel like it told the full story. That said, I think it could have been a great novel length story if they hadn't simply imposed Harry onto Itachi himself and instead adapted the concepts/motivations to create a new story.

It doesn't really make all that much sense in Naruto. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't really a 4/5. At best it's 3.5/5. The writing itself is pretty good, and the author stuck with the concept and saw it through, but there were a lot of illogical parts. This story would have worked better if it was more morally ambiguous. At the end Harry turns out to have never really killed the good guys or raped anyone. I think Harry was too self-sacrificing. It would have been better if Harry had a more pronounced "dark" side. So none of the bullshit stunning all his "victims" and hiding them away.

All of a sudden, black flames surrounded Harry as it wiped out every single death eater in the vicinity. A gigantic bone creature proceeded to protect Harry from the falling rubble. He stared directly into Voldemort's eyes and trapped him in his own mindscape using his Tsukyomi Technique.

4/5, was a pretty good read if you can look past the obvious Naruto manga references. Would be 5/5 if the author would go back and edit those puke in my mouth moments.

    I'd give it a 3/5.

I don't know anything about Itachi etc etc, so it wasn't a rip off for me.

I think what dragged this story down was the lack of suspense. By the time you've finished reading one chapter, you already know what's coming up in the next few.

The Susan thing was a little disturbing though.

It was still a good read though, and written reasonably well.
