This story is great! One of the best I have ever read, well written and highly organized. But for some reason I still have a feeling some people here will bash it.

Story Summary: A not so serious time travel story about Harry being thrown back in time and taking advantage of it to do whats really important: become the greatest Quidditch player ever. This is the story of Har...

I have been following the story since chapter 1. The story is refreshing in that time travel is used not to defeat Voldemort but too play sports.

The only problem I anticipate is the lack of real conflict in the story.

I read it yesterday. It's actually pretty good, but what I don't know is if it'll be guilty pleasure reading or library worthy. More than likely, it'll be the former but it has a shot at the latter.

No vote yet because it's too early, but it's an unofficial 3 stars at the moment.

Wow this was pretty terrible. 1/5.

And I dunno what everyone else is talking about - but walking into a Headmaster's office and saying you timetraveled and then abbreviating it makes it that much more difficult to suspend disbelief.

I stopped at "Sup shorty". Retarded.

No plot, therefore probably not getting into the library as evidenced by the votes so far.

It can only be described as a guilty pleasure.

A Parody must be funny. I know that, you know that, everyone knows that.

But a angst/carefree Harry is so rar to find that I actually liked that aspect of the story.

I'm gonna give it 3/5 fot the story but 2 for the rating- not bad but not Library standard.

    Agreed.

Didn't bother me as much, I just cringed and kept on reading. In any case, 1/5 seems exaggerated.

    That's retarded.

    Let me expand: Fuck You.

Also, I had meant to say '3/5 for the entire story idea but 2/5 for the layout and overall standard of the plot.'

Eh... I couldnt get past the first chapter in actual reading. I skimmed the rest. Its fine. Its not bad. Its not great. Just fine.

2.5/5 Like what knothead said. Got a shot at Library. But will most likely end up in the recycling bin.

Also on a slightly unrelated note:

    Then. Don't. Post. It. Here.

1.50/6 Votes. If it has a shot at the recycling bin, I'll be fucking surprised.

Hmm. I'm gonna be honest and say that I like this fic. People are saying that it doesn't have a plot, which isn't entirely true. Admittedly, the plot isn't complex or thought-provoking, but that's not really necessary for a story to be enjoyable, as evidenced by many of the stories in the humor section. The story is focused around Harry's obsession with playing professional quidditch, as is stated in the summary. Again, admittedly not thought provoking, but amusing nonetheless. For enjoyment value, I'll give it a 4/5, the point being detracted because of occasional (but obvious) instances of shitty grammar/punctuation.

I agree with Kang. The idea behind the story is good enough, but the execution is very poor. 2/5

Low quality but with an interesting concept that I haven't seen before. Plus his Quidditch narration isn't half bad.

The fic is certainly not library quality writing, but the concept is interesting and it's certainly better than most of the trash out there. 3.5 rounded to 3.

    A quilty pleasure for sure.

I found the whole rap thing a little disconcerting. Agreed that an angst/carefree HP is different enough to be interesting, but the American slang tends to irritate me after the first time or two.

A new chapter's been posted. After reading it, I've decided to record my vote as being 3 stars.

I think I'm as impressed with the writer's quidditch game coverage as I'm unimpressed with how he portrays Harry when he's not playing. I suppose that's to be expected considering the focus of the story. That being said, it'd be nice to have a decent subplot.

    I can't be arsed to put my opinions into context for this story so;

    -1 Writing is uninteresting.
-1 You have deus ex machina timetravel.
-1 Harry is americanized and the author have an unhealthy obsession with Michael Jordan and Air Nike shoes.
-1 An eleven year old, no matter what mental age, does not sit and drink straight liquor.
-1 Plotholes and errors riddling the whole story. It does get annoying.

+1 Harry is not reverting to a shy 11 year old after the time traveling.

    1/5. It's crap.

Granted, the author said he hadn't really expected to publish it...no. Nothing justifies putting that slang in an HP story.

I had to deal with enough jock jerks in school.

This Harry is exactly that, and an arrogant, loudmouthed cunt with immature rage issues to boot. No thank you.
