    I noticed the flashcart thread a while back, and wasn't sure whether I should necro that or post a new thread. The title is the point. I've played through most of the DS games that came to mind, so I'm looking for any new ones. I haven't actually played through that many, so I feel that there should be more out there, but I'm not sure what they are.

    I've played and enjoyed;
    Pokemon Platinum
    The World Ends With You
    Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon
    The new Advance Wars games

    At the moment I'm playing;
    Kirby Squeak Squad
    Mario and Luigi: Brothers In Time

    But both are remarkably uncompelling. So, recommendations?

    Custom Robo Arena is a decent game if you like open-world storylines.

    Final Fantasy Tactics A2. If you like Turn-Based Strategy.

    I just remembered that Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey comes out the same day as FFXIII and there is also Devil Survivor for the DS too.

    Chrono Trigger is probably the best DS game I've played to date -- it's a remake of the SNES game.

    That said I haven't played very many since I usually only buy a new DS game when I'm going to be travelling but don't have to drive to do it.

    If you played the SNES version you know it's good, if you haven't... well it's definately worth it.

    I liked the first FFTA a ton, so I tried FFTA2 and I was just so confused. I played for two hours, but after doing mostly story missions I have no idea what the plot is and have access to almost no items nor am I able to class change to anything but Green Mage and Dragoon, neither of which I actually have good items for. It seems great if you have a lot of time and a strategy guide but...? Also, the art perturbed me.

    I, too, am getting this and SoulSilver on the day of release. My favorite games of the series being remade? HELL YEAH!
