By now many of you must have seen the trailers for this, if you've been going to the cinema.

At first I thought it was a spoof. But it's not. It's a completely serious movie. And it might actually be halfway decent.

I find it sad that after having watched quite a few trailers for this, it really doesn't seem all that stupid to me.

Favourite scene I've seen in a trailer so far is the asian chick asking him "You invented facebook?" and five seconds later being topless in a closet.

 

Heh. The trailer for the actual movie was way too dramatic (even for a trailer), I think it's gonna be exactly what you could expect of a movie about facebook.

The youtube parody was awesome, though.

 

^^This plus they have the worst actor to play Zuckerberg, I actually thought this could be made into a cool movie but this trailer was god awfull

 

I hate that I kind of like the look of this.

I'd like to see a movie about DLP. Perhaps a highly fictionalized version of Raven going through a bunch of real life obstacles to create it?

For some reason I would be even more pissed off at the movie and the site if it turned out the movie is actually good.

 

I kind of want to see this, but it looks way too serious. That being said, I'm easerly anticipating DLP: The movie.

If Facebook the movie is "The Social Network" then when they inevitably make 4chan the movie, it will either be "Ocean Full of Piss" or "There is Porn of It."

 

Nah, it would totally be about one sociopath's goal of trying to fuck with everyone, just because he felt like it. Then when he's inevitably caught by the police he declares that he did it for the lulz.

And if it's directed by M. Night, then it turns out everyone was just trolling him, and he just never knew it.
