    At least I think the story involes time travel. The only thing I remember about it is Harry saying to Luna on the train something along the lines of "Can I look up your skirt?" and her saying yes. Anyone able to point me in the right direction please?

    The only time travel fic I know of that has Luna in it as a main character is The Freak Parade
