What kind of training do you think the aurors do from the books im guessing like dada, charms, transfig and potions. But what else like tracking and hand to hand combat, some kind of physical training. Also if you can train the aurors what type of training would you have them do.

If I my guesses are right, then you want this information to write a fic, then this thread belongs to Work by Authors thread.

I doubt that they learn Defence Against the Dark Arts, Charms, Potions etc. in the same manner as Hogwarts, where it's purely academic. It seems likely to me that what Aurors learn is application of these magics (which they should have learnt at Hogwarts) to various scenarios.

So I would propose that what they're taught is broken down not by academic field but rather by type of application. We know one part of the training is "stealth and tracking" from Tonks. Other areas of learning could include combat, escort/bodyguarding, crime scene investigation, legal studies, correct Auror office procedure, some kind of "dealing with the public" course. We also know that they learn about antidotes.

Proper doughnut eating? Douchebag training? How to fly a broom while holding a coffee?

I imagine it's something like that.

The best portrayal of Auror training I've seen has been in GreenGeko's fics (Revolution, Resonance and Resolution). Its moderately detailed, and seems quite realistic to what they would need to learn.

Three years seams like a long time to me unless it is a type of officers school, were the Auror would be in charge of oblivitors, accidental magic reversal, and all those little sub departments we just get a glimps at...

Don't forget chasing someone on a broom without spilling the coffee to give them a ticket for whatever meaningless offence you can come up with.

    This is the best answer.

As for me, it'd be focused on Training Sessions where the older aurors would beat on them with spells and get the trainees into the mindset of "CONSTANT VIGILANCE", even outside of Training Sessions as they spread the "attacks" throughout the day. Instead of lectures and whatnot, pensieves would be used to show real-life examples supplemented by commentary from older Aurors. As said before, Training would include Combat (not just dueling, but running/spell-slinging oh fuck this shit is for keeps combat), Stealth and Tracking (dump them in the wild and terrorize them for a few days), Poison Detection and Antidotes (Start with theory and review of Potions then slip relatively harmless potions into their food and drink), whatever else they have to do, then stick them with a more experienced auror so they can learn to deal with dynamic, current situations rather than just go through pensieve memories.
