Responding to the original topic for a fic with Voldemort's child:

Don't Believe Everything You Hear

The summary is a tad off-putting, but I gave it a chance all the same.

This is the only good fic that I've encountered, accidentally at that, where Voldemort has an offspring who's the same age as Harry. It encompasses only the first year at Hogwarts and the author has said they have no intention of writing any more, which is honestly a shame.

 

From what I remember, this was funny as shit: Who's Afraid of the Dentists' Daughter? Or the novelty made it funny to me years ago. I'm going to read it again, now that you reminded me.

It's not about an actual heir. People just assume Hermione is his kid. Which sounds stupid, because it is. It's a crack!fic. Unfortunately, it only has two chapters, which is why I don't remember anything past the initial freak out.

Unfortunately, you're out of luck, because the author has taken the fic down.

On topic, the idea of Voldemort having an heir has always been absurd. Firstly, he intends to be immortal. Secondly, he doesn't share power. Thirdly, as far as we know he is asexual.

However, it just occurred to me that an amusing way for Voldemort to have an heir would be if Bellatrix stole some piece of dead skin or whatever from him and used that, in conjunction with a potion, to impregnate herself XD

I think I'm adopting this as head-canon: that Bellatrix tried to do this and botched the alchemy, and that's why she never had any children by the LeStranges.

 

Having a child doesn't necessarily mean having an heir, which would seem to negate your first two points. As you mention for the third, he's asexual "as far as we know," so it isn't beyond the realm of possibility for him to have a child (though my own headcanon also has Voldemort as asexual).

While unlikely, I don't think the word absurd quite fits here.
