I imagine that both of them get QT messages but I am not entirely sure. What I do know is that if the Merlin didn't choose to switch Stojil last night he would be a giant retard, which I really don't see happening. I think its safe to assume the targets were Stojil and Ashaya.

I've thought of something else: Stojil should post who he intends to lynch at around the time day ends, so that Merlin doesn't switch Stojil with that person and Blackstaff kills himself D:

 

I took the beginning of this post as stojil saying he was switched and got a black out message, otherwise him sounding so sure that Azira is right doesn't make sense to me. !

I am not standing up for Evan Tide but I am so confused.

I already posted about it but it makes no sense. If someone writes 'the town' then they are scum because they did not include themselve and look on the town as an outsider. If someone writes 'we' then they are scum because they are refering to the scum as we and not the town as we. If someone writes 'us townies' they are scum because it is just.. too much? Can someone please clarify to me what we(the town) should refer to ourselves (the town) so that suspicion is not cast upon us? I just am getting sick of this being reasoning for someone being scum when anything anyone calls the town equals scum.

Really those 'tells' are just people starting fights by finding something that isn't there a fair amount of times. No one should be using them as a tell for real now because of English language being such a mess. Don't worry about it.

 

Yes, I was swapped last night, with Ashaya, apparently. This could mean that the Merlin suspects her. I do too, honestly. She’s lurked a lot while trying not to look like she was, insisted that she wasn’t/wasn’t going to anymore and gave the usual reasons. Also, this post is scummy as hell. # 562:

By the way, “that post” she mentioned seems to be the one where Aekiel contemplates the possibility of Zennith being town, as opposed to the previous ones where he accused him heavily, instead. There were much more convincing ones, objectively. It doesn’t make much sense.

LochNess: It's completely understandable if you don't feel that way. If you read my post here I give a more detailed explanation than simply what I stated above.

Right now, I feel we are able to guess quite a lot about the actions of certain roles at night. Unfortunately, with the information we have, it is not yet possible to exactly pin down specific people to specific roles or even anything concrete. Scumtells are usually how these games start out with scum outright lurking or trying to fit in. To me, it just seems like Tide is trying to fit in. If enough people pick out the oddities, I don't understand why you think that isn't enough to form a lynch on.

Stojil also presents a good lynch option Ashaya. Here's what I say Stojil, it could be possible that Merlin switched you with a town who he knew could survive a NK or even with himself (herself)? Regardless, your reasoning for lynching Ashaya is still stronger than anything I have on Tide so if a bandwagon forms, I'll hop in.

In fact, Ashaya could be a scum role that cannot be NK'ed, in which case lynching her would be a better option Stojil and you don't waste a NK that way.

I trust our Merlin, but I feel there is stronger circumstancial evidence to lynching Kalas over Ashaya. Let Ashaya have her say today and if we don't like it, we can get her with Blackstaff lynch. Of course, we can do the same just lynching Ashaya and Blackstaffing Kalas, but Kalas has more votes at this point.

Also, any reponse on what I said earlier, about saying just before days end who you'll NK?

 

No excuses for my not posting much, I've been sick at home all day and trying to reread this thread a few more dozen times. However, I dearly wish Riley would answer my questions in my QT, since I'm still unsure about some specifics with regards to my role. *subtlecough*

Things I am 100% certain of:

• I am a Townie.
• Stojil is The Blackstaff
• I only get to play mafia games to prove that jwlk is innocent
• I'm really tired of being given female roles.

That said, I'm inclined to trust Stojil when he says Aekiel is 100% town. I'm not terribly fond of this, since it flies in the face of precedent [Namely, if Aekiel survives the first night, he is scum], but I'm willing to have faith.


I do not have any good picks for scum yet, but I will endeavor to post again soon with some ideas.


P.S. Dresdenmafia is green. Green is best.

 

Ah well, I won't be on until later, possibly when it's already nighttime and it does seem like more people are willing to lynch Ashaya.

Hm. I might rescind my vote and go for Ash as well given what Stojil says.

 

I have no idea why Merlin would think that I am scum, or why he would have switched me.

I accused draconian because of the weird feeling of all of his posts. He then voted for me because (I think) he wants to try and turn this around on me. I post a fair amount, I think....I've been a bit preoccupied with all of the games I got from Secret Santa, and I haven't felt like posting as prolifically as I usually do, perhaps, but I still post a normal amount.

He knows slightly better, but in this case, he took a shot in the dark.

Ashaya seems a more plausible bandwagon to me than Kalas. I personally find her lurking while trying to seem active more scummy.

Okay, you guys, it looks like you all want to lynch me. I'm going to tell you why you shouldn't.

I am Gentleman Johnny Marcone. I was trying to lay low until I found a good target for my revenge NK, and I was then going to draw attention to myself. So, lynching me is a complete waste. Please don't.

 

That seems a bit too fast of a role reveal to be quite honest. I mean, you have like 3-4 people who have voted for you? Whats the rush in revealing?


At any rate, I think we should lynch Kalas, NK Ashaya, and if shes indeed Marcone she'll revenge kill draconian I guess? Atleast I would hope. He has definitely come off as scum to me.

I think your plan is alright, though I don't particularly want to die tonight. I mean, I have to die at some point, but I'd much rather die when I have a good target, and while I suspect draconian as being scum, he could just be an idiot.

Why do you want to lynch Kalas so badly? I'm not convinced he is scum, but perhaps I missed something. I haven't been giving this game as much attention as I should have, I think.

 

Just noticed something that might be of note as well, aside from the Ashaya-lynch possibility.

From the flavor we got, Susan hasn't piped up as usual. And according to her role;
"If Nk'ed by Red Court she becomes one of them."

I think she may have been turned last night given the degree of blood and the mentioning of the vamps in the same description.
