To be fair, Rhux is a former top laner and well, this goes to show support isn't as easy as people make it out to be ... Though with that said, it seems Curse just need to stop playing Sona, none of their supports can land her ult to save their lives unlike Godwater, I think he had maybe 3 5-man crescendo's last game?

I'd also highly recommend Gambit vs Fnatic today from the EU LCS Finals, especially Game 4 if you like all out slug-fests.

WP Vulcun! ... I hate the fact I have 2 exams today, much as I want to watch TSM vs GGU (go go GGU!) I think I'll be lucky to see 2 games before 2am hits.

I did not know that, but it just kind of points towards Saint being a dick.

I played with him quite a bit like 3 years ago just because we kept being matched together and he was a huge asshole then. If the tribunal was a thing, he would've easily been banned 30 times over. Pretty much every single game I played with him would have him shit talking (90%) and he left/afkd like 1 in 3 games that I played with him, and I played with/against him way too much.

Now his shitty attitude has them play a sub in the playoffs and it cost them.

Elementz was underperforming but Saints been... well, a focal point of failure for Curse too. Curse as a team is in pretty dire straits recently. Voy plays far too aggressive & dies/gets caught on his own consistently, Saint couldn't out-smite a freshly dinged 30 player and makes some questionable engages. Cop cares too much about his KDA & spends teamfights running away or if he's on MF, pressing R, their support's cannot perform lately. Jacky seems like the only solidly performing player.

Curse just generally need to pull their finger out and get working as a team again, same with CLG. Dlift needs to realise he's not god incarnate no matter how mechanically impressive he may be. Playing a 4 man 'protect the ADC' team only works so many times and I hate Dlift for his attitude towards everyone. That recent video where he said they're better than Vulcun, just... No, Dlift, clearly you're not as you guys got wrecked - I didn't watch the games, but common word of mouth appears to be they got crushed.

Edit; I'm possibly pants-on-head retarded getting Dlift mixed up with Hotshot? Or not... Well, eh. I kinda feel sorry for Hotshot, losing CLG would indeed be terrible but, again, I think Hotshot needs to reflect on his own performances recently, Chauster needs to learn to have actual map presence and have a champion pool bigger than J4. Link has hit or miss games and Aphro seemed far more relaxed back when he was ADC with Muffin, much as the team would under perform.

I definitely liked Dlift more when he played poppy and blitz.

Love Xpecial's comment though. "They won't beat us, I mean...we're TSM."

I don't know why but I'm a huge TSM fanboi. I think Regi makes some pretty awful decisions, I can't stand Dyrus, I'm indifferent to Xpecial, I hated chaox and I don't know anything about Wildturtle. Oddone has my favorite stream but not by miles or anything. Yet whenever a tournament comes around I find myself rooting for TSM.

HotshotGG will have plenty of time to reflect on his own performances soon. After all, he won't be playing League professionally for much longer. I think it's hilarious that two of the NA All-Star players could be out of the LCS entirely after next week. And as far as CLG goes, it couldn't be happening to a more deserving team.

What runes should I buy for support (mostly Taric)? Thinking armor and gold items but idk. I don't reall understand the difference between marks and seals and shit either.

I have armor mark and seals, mr glyphs and gp10 quints. You could also go for magic pen marks if you want to do a bit more damage, though that can leave you a bit squishy so you might consider armor, or maybe health, quints to go with that. If you wanted to roam a lot early on someone like Blitz or Ali you could go for some ms quints.

There are probably other options, like gp10 seals as well as quints if you want to be rolling in money, but your early game might suffer for it. Hell full AP is always fun. Just check out a few support guides and pick your favourite setup from those.

Most faceroll rune page for Taric is full flat armor seals, marks, glyphs, and quints. Literally makes you a monster in lane, allowing for easy zoning from early levels. Granted, in the end it's slightly dependent if your teammate actually follows up, and enemy support, but it's just super reliable in the end.

What Bill Door has is a nice general support rune page that works for everyone.

I'd honestly say just take a step away from Taric now and move onto a another support. He's slowly but surely faded out of relevance. Leona, Lulu, Sona, Thresh, all better in my opinion. I'd suggest just getting Thresh as he's easily the best support right now.

    To simplify the marks, seals etc down;

9x reds (marks) - generally your 'offense' runes, you'll find the highest flat stat increases here for stuff like attack damage, magic pen etc.

9x yellows (seals) - general utility runes I tend to find, whether you want passive gold generation (gp10), flat armor, regen and so on.

9x blues (glyphs) - Same as the above, where you'll mostly like ability related runes, ap per level, flat ap etc.

Quintessences - Just big flat out boosts to most stats you can find, down to preference here but on all of my supports I run GP10.

You can get all sorts of runes for other slots like armor reds, flat ap reds, attack damage per level yellows and so on but generally all 3 colours excel at different things, not that it's overly critical given the fun you can have mixing & matching. I might be wrong, but that's how I feel it is.

As for support's, general runes for your bog-standard supports if you're short on IP are armor reds, armor yellows, magic resist blues (flat, not per level) and either GP10 (kinda expensive) or movement speed (MS) for your quints.

Sn0rcack: I've been having fun with Thresh now that he's free this week and I'll definitely be picking him up at some point.

    Thanks guys.

I sometimes run AD marks on supports if I think I can get away with doing a lot of auto attack harass. They work surprisingly well on Soraka and Janna against short range ADs.

If you do that, you might as well run Armor pen marks, especially on Janna :p

Maybe even hybrid pen? Depends on your harass I guess.

Patch 3.6 Notes - Due out April 30th

My favourite part was when talking about Quinn buffs, they just showed her getting destroyed constantly. Don't think the buffs will help her in any way but hey, we'll see.

Honestly cannot wait to jungle and bring out Sej more-so than I did before, thank god for that passive change.

I think his definition of "traditional" and mine align very well.

Nasus was the definition of perfectly balanced champ for like 2 years, traditionally.

I'm saving up for hybrid pen runes at the moment, but holy shit are they expensive. 820 IP each, 7380 IP for a full set of 9. Chances are I'll give up and unlock Miss Fortune or Elise before I get that much. Then again I'm planning to spam the hell out of ARAM tomorrow, so maybe it depends how good the IP gain is there. It's going to be nice to play some ARAM without a constant stream of dodgers and leavers.

Balanced champions in a world of unbalanced ones tend to be thought of as "underpowered".

Fuck that health pot nerf though. Like they said in the video it was basically necessary to make Mordekaiser viable in a lot of matchups (against basically anything with a gap closer and a CC after level 3 with a gank) and his balance is way too fine that they will be able to compensate him reasonably. They will make him FOTM if he becomes any stronger, and he gets any weaker he won't be worth taking to the field. I like where he is in terms of balance, especially with the red pot nerf (one of his major weaknesses is his early game weakness).

FUCK THE HEALTH POT NERF. If someone doesn't like laning against health pots, they take fucking ignite. THAT'S HOW IT WORKS, YOU FUCKING WHINER BABIES.

I can buy 6 boots, but I can't buy 6 health pots? riot pls

And Morello's response to basically killing my sweet Murderkaiser in his cradle until he gets buffed again, as well as other weak early characters?

'Yup, that's a real problem. We'll make sure to look at that...some other time.'

WHAT, LIKE THE HEIMERDINGER REWORK? SURE.

FUCK YOU MORELLO. GO GOBBLE RETIRESHOTGG'S BRONZE ELO SHIT OUT OF DYRUS'S ASPIE PILLOWCASE. YOU JUST CAN'T HANDLE MORDEKAISER BEING #1

That's the thing, he wasn't underpowered. In the scheme of OP and UP champions, Nasus was the definition of balance for a very long stretch of time. He could stand up to OP champions, didn't shit on UP ones, was an all around decent champ in every way. Split push, wave clear, tower killing, dueling, tanking, damaging, teamfighting, objective control, etc.

They added a lot of champs without ever doing anything for Nasus and eventually as they added more powercreeping champs, the definition of balance shifted and he became weak, but that doesn't change the fact that for a very, very long stretch of time he was in an amazing place balance wise.

I just disagree with him saying "traditional" when he means "the last year and a half of this game that's been out for nearly 4 years.
