The only fics I've followed that aren't on ffn that come to mind... aren't standard type fics.

Shifts & Shades by Fernwithy mostly feature Lupin. I recall them as being decent, and I followed them while they were being written, but I'm not sure if I'd still like them now (years later).

A Year Like None Other series by aspeninthesunlight is... full of angst and drama, and often rather stupid/silly angst, and features Severus adopting Harry. Despite all these issues I find myself catching up on updates about twice a year when I get bored.

There's one or two others as well but I can't seem to remember their names at the moment. Something on AO I read that wasn't on ffn, but apparently it wasn't good enough for me to remember the name/author.

Recently, in the third story, it's been Harry/Luna. I like Luna in this story. It's been YEARS since I read the first story, so I can't remember if Harry dated anyone then or not, but if so I don't remember. I think Ginny might have had a crush?

Draco dates a muggle girl and it causes angst later on. Can't remember when that starts up. Also Draco and Harry are "brothers" in this fic, seeing as how Snape adopts both of them. >.>

At any rate, the relationship focus in this fic is strong on the family type relationship that Harry builds with Draco and Snape. Yeah, I know...
