Not off the top of my head, but I've read some before, and they're terrible. All of them.

All Sg1/HP fics that involve this kind of idea are written terribly, usually by authors who just want to rewrite every SG1 episode with the addition of Super Fucking Genius Harry Potter. Or him just using magic to solve everything. Pointless. No tension, no struggle. There are some good SG1/HP crossovers, but none of them start with the premise that Harry becomes the most knowledgeable person in the universe. Sorry buddy.

The Legacy of Ancients , an HP/SGA crossover by Kender Cleric/EvilKender, deleted from FFN but survived by PC.

Aside from the prologue and first chapter on PC, there are 5 chapters in the WbA, though the fifth is a tiny teaser, and it was going through a rewrite when the author disappeared off the face of the earth.

I think I remember a story like this in it Harry was adopted by Flamels and PS was actually a Go'auld sarcophagus. Flammels was just Muggles who found it.

Best part was Harry didn't believe in magic. :awesome

Are there any actual good SG1/HP crossovers?

Between the Stargate and the DoM Veil, you could create an amazing crossover between the two series. There is so much potential, I don't even know where to begin.

 

The only one I've ever read is one where Harry gets alien knowledge or something after a plane crash and proceeds to shit all over the wizarding world in a very Methods of Rationality-like fashion. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend it.

EDIT: Actually I think that was Technomagus, which was mentioned above. Yeah, if you ever find it, don't read it.

I wouldn't mind reading a good one though. As long as it's set early in the series. I didn't like a lot of what I saw from later seasons and the spin-offs, and I probably couldn't follow it anyway. Most of what I've seen of the show has been rerun episodes from all over the place. Plus the original movie.

 

I seem to remember Crumpets Aren't My Style being the best of a bad bunch, but I never really found a great one.
