Blab this game doesn't have hard/soft lynches. To end the day early you need to add the word early to your lynch votes. It's pretty much impossible for someone to quickhammer and end day early without us wanting to.

If Font doesn't come back soon, I am moving my vote to an early lynch. Prima donnas don't get rewarded. He has had plenty of time to cool off.

 

We aren't early lynching day 2, calm down. We still haven't heard from everyone, dunno where Zeit is, hopefully we don't need another replacement.

 

Bill, I never play with passive lynching. Majority ends it. I like to have a tool in my toolbox to ensure protown behavior. If you won't follow me. That is your choice.

I support directed clown targeting. It helps get more information into Town hands. Probably best to target whoever is the second most likely scum, to maximize the chance of the clown getting protection (first most likely gets lynched, of course).

To that end, I would like it if everyone posted a top 3 scum list. It doesn't have to be sorted, and it doesn't have to be "these 3 are coven together" - I'll add up the total votes and it should help clarify secondary targets.

So you are not a total newbie. Why the reads fish then? That also helps scum determine who is unlynchable and who they need to shoot.

 

When everyone posts a top 3 list, we'll end up with votals something like:

Guy 1 - 10 votes
Guy 2 - 8 votes
Guy 3 - 7 votes
Guy 4 - 6 votes
Guy 5 - 2 votes
Guy 6,7,8 - 1 votes
Guy 9,10,11,12 - no votes

Without the clarification, scum would think that Guy 1-5 are lynchable, with the clarification that tightens to Guy 1-4. Big deal. The extra clarity for the town is that maybe Guy 1 was everyone's Second Place choice, which would never come out when everyone is just voting for their top pick.

 

I can go along with Eric's suggestion, if just to get people talking about something other than Fonti who seems to have monopolized the day, or just talking full stop. There has been too much lurking this day.

Mine is Fonti for her reaction to Kai. Ericf, Aekiel was my first choice for a lynch yesterday and that read has to carry over, nothing eric has done so far has caused me to change that. Third is Zeitgeist, I thought he was more likely to be town yesterday but his continued lack of any contribution is making me think otherwise.

 

Mine were Fonti, Zeit and Kai, though since kai isn't here I'll say Proph. No particular reason on that last one, he just seems naturally scummy.

 

So talking about Zeit is useless since he's gone, lets talk about Aek.

I still don't know whether the clown is allowed to throw a pie into his own face. If he can't, I think we should decide between LuckyLee and Rubicon, because obvious.
Even if he can, (provided that Zeit doesn't cc LuckyLee and we lynch fontisian) I would prefer to target Rubicon, then Zeitgeist, then Rents, then EricF.

I think beyond Fonti, I like Rubicon as scum. He's lurking and Rubicon's name seems to be stuck in Fonti's list with no explanation. I that seems like a newb, semi-newb scum manuever to me. Beyond that, we have a lot of lurkers.

I refuse to rate and you should know how I feel on someone if we've both been posting enough. This endeavor is very anti-town.

I don't think Fonti would be bring up her scum mate and try to push a Lynch on them :/ Zeit/Aekiel were yesterdays targets, and I gave both of them shit for it. When I consider the NK on me, I think Zeit/Aekiel are probably scum. Eric has seemed towny though so I'm not sure :/ I'd also look at Proph, he hasn't posted anything useful at all, only promise to post/fuck off I don't feel like posting post. But I'm basing this all off me being targeted so I might be wrong.

So, if I'm reading this correctly, you are saying that you have revealed your top 3 scum, but only people with enough time and energy to go back and study your posts to get that information, instead of having it readily available to everyone.

As a general rule, I consider more information about scum to always be better for the town. This has to be balanced against any possible role information that would come out at the same time, but top 3 reads from everyone doesn't come with any role info. Some people disagree, and think we should keep information private, for various reasons.

Titus: do you have a good argument against sharing top 3 info, beyond "it helps scum know who the town considers safe" (see my previous post for refutation)?

You're implying that experienced players should know better than to... ask other players who their scum reads are. I don't even know where to begin with this.

Then you say we should know how you feel "if we've both been posting enough". Well, okay, I just went through all your posts and the only players you've mentioned reads on are font, me, and Bill, plus an implied town read on lucky.

Meanwhile I'm pretty sure this argument that posting town-reads "helps scum determine who is unlynchable and who they need to shoot" has been debunked before, but did you notice that (1) the question didn't ask for your town reads, and (2) you've already made at least two of your town reads clear anyway?

Zeitgeist - his apathy about being lynched stopped being a valid town defense when he continued not posting when the pressure moved away from him. Not coming in to comment on stuff today is horrible, particularly since if he is on a team with font, his lack of confirmation is the only thing keeping her crazy theory from being proven crazy.

Also starting to suspect Probellum. His play is evolving into noob-scum instead of just noob, especially the lack of involvement in everything that's happened today beyond saying "I have vague impressions". Possible attempt to keep out of the spotlight while his buddy is being lynched.

(these are my top 3 *after* fontisian, of course.)

 

I jump on Fonti because of her reaction to Kai, but her rage quit has me fucking annoyed :/ I may have been a bit dickish to her, but she ends up being Town I'm gonna yell at her right after Kai.

 

I haven't said anything, because I am almost literally lost on what exactly I should be doing. I'd pressure Fonti some more, but you guys have been doing fine on that on your own. Zeit hasn't shown up for me to pressure. Proph, my next likely scum-read, hasn't particularly shown up.

Not to mention I've got no idea about the two new people. I'll say I'm a tad suspicious of EricF, because he apparently doesn't want us to give out townreads? I don't even know, there, but it seems illogical. He's also the replacement for Aek, who could have been scum. Or derpy.

And apparently Aek had a reputation of being derpy as town, so who the hell knows?
