I'm looking for a parody of azkaban!Harry fics. It was Harry being thrown into prison for a couple of hours, spending most of that time in auror barracks and when he is let out putting on the standard angst fest.

It was either a oneshot or a chapter in idea files, but for the life of me I can't remember.

 

I think it was in the Odd Ideas by Rorschach's Blot.

 

The only problem is that there are about 50 Azkaban stories in Rorschach's Odd Ideas.
But I remember one called Handcuffular that could fit your bil.

Emerald Ashes's Seventh Horcrux has Harry trying and humourusly failing to brew the potion.
Other than that, I distinctly remember a fic where Tonks was trying to round up a batshit-crazy, high on a potion, Harry.

 

This would be it.

So, I need help finding something specific.

It's an old fic from years back that I remember being good, but it was so long ago it might be nostalgia goggles talking, so who the hell knows.

It was a longer fic, and not a shitty one shot. Was at least like 30,000 words, but may have been as long as like 90,000.

Humor/Romance in near equal parts, with the romance including a fair amount of smut.

The one thing that stuck with me in the fanfic, is humorous little bit where it turned out that Hermione had a shaved genital region for hygiene (according to her) but it ended up making the House Elves worship her as the 'Bald Pussy' - the prophesied leader destined to liberate them or some such.

It may have been deleted in the old purges on ff.net but I can't prove that either way as I cannot seem to find it.

Any help would be appreciated. This particular story has been stuck in my head for days and I cannot seem to get it out.

I think it is The Sword of Gryffindor. It is mostly a smut/crack fic IIRC. It gave me a few laughs when I first read it but I'm not sure how good it has aged.

 

Might be it, not sure yet. Seems longer then I remember reading, but again, its been years. Will skim through it and use Ctl+F to find some key phrases I remember. Will report back if it turns out to be it.

Hrm, another difficult one to locate. In this story harry plunders the black library for defence texts, one of which happens to detail advanced shield charms including a charm that generates a physical crystalline barrier about the caster. The charm is classed as dark because when the charm breaks you can use a spell to banish the razor sharp remnants at your enemies which could be lethal. One part in particular that I remember was that tonks was very... crazy in this fic. At one point she tries to force her way into the library intent on gathering up and destroying all the dark tomes. Instead, harry takes all the books that she finds questionable and locks them in a conjured cabinet.
