Read "Path to Victory" the other day and developed a craving for these types of fics.

Anyone know any good or passable Power/Ability wanking fics? I.e our protagonist just wins at everything.

 

Why would you want to read Gary Stu fics? If that's your thing, however, spend a few days here. DLP's response to him is tepid, but he definitely can tell a story well.

 

I think the ultimate power wank is:

Emperor

The story is pretty much Harry becoming God-King of the human race. There was some token conflict there, but everything is usually nicely tied up in a bow a couple of chapters later and Harry is back to his merry mass murdering ways.

I haven't been reading it in years though can't say how the newest chapters turned out tbh.

 

Everything by Bobmin fits this sort of bill as well.

 

Miranda Flairgolds series qualifies I'd wager, though it's kind of not a HP story. It is however, the ultimate 'ability wanking fic'.

 

I don't have much to contribute to this, aside of seconding the Bobmin recommendation - definitely fits the bill here.

But man, "Power Wanking" is one hell of a funny visual. Think I've had a session or two in the past.
