I maintain that, in general, Von was more more active and stronger Day 1 then Day 2.

 

Yeah this is basically what I've been struggling with for the past 24 hours.

tom, Kalas, fonti, only get to kill two, have to clear one.

I don't think tom ever escapes the PoE; I think we just kill him, there are too many negatives / times I've thought he was strongly mafia. If he's town I'll feel shitty because I really honestly don't want to punish him for trying, but as it is, it's his shitty meta, he gets to deal with it.

I think at this point I'd probably vote Koalas over fonti. It's razor-thin though. I think it just comes down to the fact that fonti has done more behavioral stuff - like the asking Von about Cobalt thing, like the cop!tom thing, even if they're more potentially fakable, if that makes sense.

Like, reasons fonti is town:

- Defending Cobalt in a way that didn't save him and made her look really bad.
- Backing off on tom in really weird spots that potentially could have swung it off Cobalt
- That post with the lyrics trying to warn me off cop!tom

Reasons fonti is mafia:

- "It's tom but I expect I'll be lynched tomorrow" is not a thing I'd expect town!fonti to say ever
- N1 Q, N2 Von

Reasons Kalas is town:

- Tone (not slimy, more relaxed)
- Frustration with Cobalt lynch coming from the PoV of frustrated town, not "my partner is dying shit"
- He shot Von over me and fonti, reeeeally?
- Cobalt bringing up his post count feels a lot more like slinging shit at town than it does distancing

Reasons Koalas is mafia:

- He shot Von over me and fonti and then immediately rolled into the thread going "ok here's why the Von kill makes it these people"
- Limited thread presence
- If he's town why hasn't he been pushed as a mislynch?
- Cases feel kinda IIoA-y

Like, looking at all of those and going "which of these do I believe in the least" I'm, ehhh. I'd probably end up voting for Koalas but just feeling like trash and expecting fonti to start gloating, idk. I've literally flipped on it like 2 or 3 times in the last 24 hours.

 

Side Note: Newcomb, sometimes I really don't have any idea what your abbreviations mean. Like sometimes there's context, but sometimes there's not. And looking it up on Google doesn't work for me.

Ex: what is IIoA-y?

 

Final appeal to emotion/whatever:

If I'm scum here, this will literally be true forever.

I have no idea why not getting lynched is so important to me right now.
I can absolutely see me surviving and still losing.
But no. I am town.

The timing is the thing that sticks in my teeth though. Cobalt and tom both were getting some heat early D2, Cobalt more so.
