It kind of sucked. It was called pottersprophecy.com, you might have come across it but you probably haven't.

Thing is, I deleted it (long story), and now I have Webhosting with about 8000 MB and a bandwidth of 160 GB, a domain name which is still pottersprophecy.com and a website with nothing.

So if anyone is interested in making a webpage, small archive, just random blurps or anything remotely interesting (Except for animal porn, or old people porn, or any porn for that matter) and happens to be able to.

Let me know, and I will provide and help.

If not, well just ignore this topic and stroll on.

 

I have an idea. This would have to be done with the approval of the administration and somebody with the technical skills would have volunteer to do it.

DLP dosen't really have a fanfiction archive, the works by author section exists but its only thread and full stories are rarely posted there and chapters are schatered all over the pages. Perhaps your webspace could be used to make a DLP fanfic archive were mebers could post there stories just like they do on fanfiction.net, ficwad etc. Everybody bitches about ff.net sucking so this would be a great alternative.

 

Raven is already working on a fanfic site. Patronus Charm I believe is the name.

DLP alliances never work out. It's better if we just use it for something else. Maybe use it for the Recycle bin. Use the site instead of a Yahoo group and make it really organized or something.

But seriously, I dont have any ideas of what you could use that website but what DLR said seems to be a good idea though focussed on the DLP fics not in HP fics in general.

Yeah, a place where any DLP fic could be housed/archived would be nice. Sounds like a winner to me.

If he's got roughly 8GB of storage space, thats going to hold a Hell of a lot of fic's, and we would have to make sure that only quality fics go in there.
Another thing to do would be add in a section that authours can put up their fic related artwork.
