Hey guys. You know any good Gohan-centric DBZ fics where he actually continues his training or becomes a super saiyan earlier than in canon?

My all time favorite DBZ fanfic at the moment is Cold World - so I'd be interested in fics like that aswell if you know anyway.

 

I'm a huge Gohan fan, more towards the Buu saga than anywhere else. And ffnet as a lot of mediocre fics sprinkled with passable fights and atrocious romance. So, I'll definitely be checking out Cold World to see if it's better than the norm.

I don't have many Cell Saga focused Gohan bookmarks, but I do have one where he us older.

Legacy of Gohan.

It doesn't ever get into the Buu Saga, or the Tournament, but what was there was pretty well written. There was romance, and I like that though others might not, but I found it acceptable enough not to skim it. Either way it's one of my favorite Gohan stories. I'd go for a 4/5, but honestly it's probably more a 3/5.

Read that before. And while the writing aspect was pretty damn good I just couldn't bring myself to like it because of all the OC's popping up. Dbz had a fuck-ton of powerful enemies that could push Gohan even as a Super Saiyan 2, some even would curb stomp him unless he grew stronger. Broly, Bojack, Hirudagarn, Buu hell even some enemies from GT would have been a better alternative in my opinion to OC's.

Unless they're as well done as the likes of Shezza's Meciel I just can't stand them.

 

I've read Cold World, too. Pretty decent story.

Piccolo and Vegeta have always been my favorites. Along with Frieza and Cooler.
