It's been annoying me as well but I've assumed that he's staying at Winterfell. I'm also hoping that since it's been more than 10 episodes since we've seen him that he's gonna do some badass shit for season 8.

 

FWIW, the director of episode 2 (Bryan Cogman) claimed on twitter that a scene of Jon saying goodbye to Ghost before leaving Winterfell was cut from the final version. His absence is a glaring hole in the continuity. I would think such a strong symbol of his Stark ancestry would be shown in at least one of those Northern coalition meeting scenes.

 

The 4th episode has leaked online in full. And it was absolutely fantastic.

Quality-wise, how is it? I don't mind waiting the extra day to avoid watching something rough.

 

I've heard it is pretty shit.

I plan on waiting. I would much rather have a clear experience for the first time.

Now if only I can avoid the spoilers for the next 48 hours.

 

The quality's quite low,I think that if your fine waiting you should definitely wait for when it comes out in HD, especially for this episode .

 

It's actually not horrible. It's certainly not crisp or HD though.

There are some noticeable quality drops during a certain effect intensive scene.

Holy fucking shit that was about as awesome and satisfying as I had hoped. Arya is cool, Bronn is a boss and Bran is a creepy fuck but at least he's a good guy creepy fuck.
I really liked Jaime this episode. Really captured the horror very well.

I was really hoping for at least a good, solid punch from Jon. Theon could've very well heard the line eating sand and spitting out teeth.

I think I've biased myself against Dany so much that even when she is doing something pretty objectively badass, as in the leaked episode, I'm rooting against her. These final episodes are going to be pretty rough if things keep going this way (and I expect they will).

I hope that by the end of this season at least one dragon will die. As they already went with Jaimie going full Saint George in the last episode, it would only be fitting.

If you want to be surprised don't check the source. A guy spoiled the whole seasons in 2016 and while many doubted him, it turned out that his information is as accurate as it possibly can be.

Celestin I regret reading those spoilers so much! The season is good to watch even knowing where the plot is going in broad strokes. It's pobably incredible without that insight though.. and I'll never know because I was too damn curious in October.
