Part 1:

This is very weakly in fluff's favor.

Directed a gemma. Kind of not something Von says to a partner.

Also directed to Gemma. I think if they had a scumchat, they'd both talk a lot in it and the champs game would have come up, so this is in Gemma's favor.

Pretty sure the bit about Cobalt rvsing him was genuine and came from him knowing Cobalt was town. Strongly in Cobalt's favor.

Attack on dC, pretty nonchalant, probably not how Von treats a partner.

Don't think dC does this back either.

Sketchy from Jan.

This is something Von almost certainly wouldn't say to me if we were partners.

Another interaction that probably doesn't happen with scum dC.

Summary:
There's a lot of unaligned stuff with dC, one decently strong unaligned thing with Cobalt, an unaligned thing with me, minor unaligned things with Gemma, and a post that is exactly what scum!Jan would find funny to write if he were scum with Von.

We learned last game the Fluff is actually very involved in night kills, so if we're taking Von's wording literally, then the last scum is just Zenzao.

Add his overreactional emotional outburst and selfvote, which is a kind of frustration I have only seen him do as town. (limited gamesize, but still).

The only way he is scum is if he decided to do nothing and not bus or try to get cred while not protecting his teammates at all.
