To celebrate the best news I've heard all year, WHEEL OF TIME MEMES ARE A GO

And for unrelated Wheel of Time Memes that still deserve inclusion: 11s0wa14g82f1.jpeg nq1002wegbnb1.png

Amusingly, some people are blaming so called 'bookcloaks' for the show's demise. As if vocally disliking a show that disregards the source material was a crime.

I saw that, and there were some good memes but way too reddit-centric to post here.

Some fans seem to be trying to organise a grassroots Amazon boycott to pressure the company into changing their mind. More power to them I suppose, but it's amusing that out of all the things you could boycott Amazon for, this is the one they're choosing.

I actually enjoyed the first two seasons for what they were, and will watch the third at some point, but I'm not very surprised it was cancelled. We were never getting 14 seasons - and with 8 episodes per book, lip service at best payed to canon, and the filler they didn't have time to include but left in anyway, I don't think that it's a great loss. I will miss Verin though.

I only made it through the first four episodes that I binged. When it came time for episode five, I couldn't bring myself to watch it and I realized I had been lying to myself about enjoying it.

The recurring Dragon's Fang visual motif was cool in those episodes, I'll give them that.

I enjoyed Logain in the first season, and honestly most of it up until the finale... that was quite the betrayal. The second season was a lot better, but I still thought the finale was both lacklustre and an unnecessary deviation from book.
