    Ohh? I love them. Theres been a lot of rather epic moments there imo

    I'm thinking for example of when he started catching the balls thrown at him by big snake. And also especially that first fight with Winston where he decapitates him. that whole gym sequence too (even the pep talk heh)

    I've been re-reading some parts of the story, lately. Sleyca does write amazing banter, Boe and Lute are hilarious and some of the side characters have some memorable quips.

    A professionally edited book containing the story up to the end of Moon Thegund's arc would be top notch fantasy fiction. I agree the serial loses a lot of steam after that, comparatively. The flood arc felt too much like a repetition of Moon Thegund, and I'm not feeling the supers school subplot either.

    Still enjoyable, though. Dialogue, world building, intricate, well-thought out little plots with some clever Chekov's guns here and there... It's a bit like a good sitcom.

    6 stars till Anesidora, drops to 3.5-4 afterwards.
