Yeah, I realised you realised that and edited your post, so I edited my post in acquiescence, however you didn't realise I realised that you realised, leading to this confusing post. :awesome

I subscribed as well. I'm in the process of getting active again, so I hope to find some good reading material here!

    Good call on this, enembee.

Having watched a Charlie Brooker 1 hour jobbie, I came back to find we've gone up to 242 members. Putting us in the Top 50 C2s.

DLP, have a beer. You've earned it.

EDIT: We also pushed a HarryxGinny C2 out of the top 50, so gratz I guess ;D

Just got home from work, this is an awesome idea. Definitely subscribed. Maybe I'll actually be able to try and read something of Harry Potter on ff.net again >.>

Fun fact! The newest C2 ahead of us was formed in 2007. Progress, we are.

Oh - I suppose I should state I'm subscribed as well.

Well, I subscribed on all 3 of my ff.net accounts. I use one for reviewing, one for trolling, and one to actually write on. Plus, the three are associated with the three emails I check, so I can see any updates no matter which one I have open. <3

    Nice. :D

In other news, this is already starting to pay off. 1.8K hits since the C2 was started.

Assuming roughly 500 of those are DLPers subscribing and then checking back, we're generating at least some spare interest.

I have never seen a thread gather replies so quickly. And subscribers too, I suppose.

    So...

I prefer this - because well, it never stops being awesome and has exactly zero relevance.

But yeah, this is pretty impressive. Props NMB.

No guilt tripping needed here - subbed.

This reminds me again at how much the quality and the standards of DLP have gone up over the past years.

I also agree with Taure. Personally, when I look for stories, if a particular story doesn't capture my interest I usually won't even bother to look at the other stories of that author. I'd hate to see other FF.net readers skip over authors because of past works that may not be as good as their more recent ones.
