If I was the warlock and tad was my thrall I'd soulsteal him. Its not impolite if he's about to get lynched and wins if your side wins anyways. You're basically in a position where you have to soul steal someone every day or have enough zombies to win a vote while hoping the desperado is already gone. Under these conditions I doubt a thrall would have any issues.
The only alternative to Tad assuming that you're not lying about Sesc is Aekiel. I suppose we could have gotten lucky and the witches killed him last night but I was reading him as town so personally I doubt this.

Did I say you were lying about him? I said assuming you're not lying about him. Reread my posts since I came into the game, I've been pretty clear about thinking that he was the dancer. If I thought you were lying about Sesc why would I be assuming that it was tad or that he's probably alive?

To be clear: Ollie is fighting for his own side. He is not helping the town, he is helping himself.

To explain, the witches are a threat to Ollie at this point just as much as town is. I'm inclined to believe his Thrall is dead with his current behavior. If that is so his only protection is to soul steal. He will soul steal a witch if we give him one, or he will soul steal a townie if he does not. It is all for his survival. The only thing we are doing is directing his target temporarily.

'Helping' the town is just a side effect of his best interest. It can be good for us, but we shouldn't be too lenient. If we get a chance, we should kill him. In the meantime, giving him a witch target in hopes he gets lucky isn't a bad idea.


He has Ashaya as a target. We will only lose a townie if we don't take his offer. We should use him as he intends to use us, simple as that.

I just wanted it to be abundantly clear: we are holding knives to each others throats, and should act in accordance.

 

Problem is, I dpnt particularly have any role reads for witches, I‘m not Irene. So, while we may want to, what if we cant provide a target?

For that matter, how the fuck did you know that Necrule was the Priest? Cant you use the same method for the witches?

 

Ollie, for fuck's sake, soulsteal or don't. All this meaningless stalling is just annoying and is holding up the game for no fucking reason but to amuse you and fuck with everyone else.

That's a great thing, no doubt... but how did he actually get it right? I've personally generally had trouble figuring which Anti-Town roles are which, since the knowledge they have is communal, and (technically) they could speak with information garnered by one of their allies. Well, that was my problem, at least. Apparently Ollie doesn't have the same issue.

Bah! I'll be glad when Finals are over, and I can actually devote more attention to diversions such as this.
