    I don't remember reading it, but I remember watching the previous animation of it when I was very young - more specifically, I remember being terrified of the other giants. Roald Dahl and Spielberg ought to be a perfect combo though, so I'm optimistic for this.

    I'm the opposite. I much prefer immortal/semi-immortal characters that appear young.

    Suspension of the Hayflick limit and prevention of any deleterious mutations (and thus perpetually healthy cells and a young appearance) because magic just makes more sense to me as a mechanism for immortality than a magical expansion of a previously normal human lifespan (and all the cell-cycle shenanigans this would require).

    But I know it worked the latter way in the comics.

    I must admit, I have never expected this combo.

    And it works!

    I bet it will be better than Soldierzilla, the American movie about soldiers which fatured 5 seconds of Godzilla.

    Well I like her as Black Widow. Now as a live action anime character I hope this doesn't ruin things for her. I've never seen a live action anime that did particularly well. She is hot though.
