I have been looking for a story I read years ago which featured a powerful and maybe a part creature Harry who is sent into the Lord of the Rings universe. He is not a vampire but had elf like qualities. He lives with the elves and I remember that at one point his arm became bird like or a claw. Harry centric, AU. Code arrays?

Hi! Quite a while ago I lost the link to a fanfic, unsure if the fic itself i dead, probably is by now... The fic is Harry centric in an AU, where Hogwarts, or at least its students are quite a bit more awesome (not that thats hard to achieve...)
