    DLP gets Fit(ter) 2018

    Hey guys, I know Taure created a thread about Fitness in 2016 and it had a bit of interest in it. So I thought I'd make one. I'm nowhere near as active as I used to be on DLP about..5 years ago, and even then it was sporadic IRC chat. I plan to use this thread to track my workouts and offer advice about training, and to engage a bit more with people.
