So, I have a purely theoretical question. It's never addressed in the books, and as far as I can tell, there is no WoJ on the subject. Can the Wyldfae that are explicitly stated to be as powerful (or close to as powerful) as the Queens have Knights? I'm currently working on an OC fanfic that features Red Court vampires, and I wondered if anybody knew about the exact nature of silver as it related to things other than the loup-garou. I seem to recall it needing to be inherited silver to have an effect, but does that rule also apply to vampires? I was rereading Changes today while in Jury Duty (ended up not getting picked) but I realized that when Dresden becomes the Winter Knight, Mab did not mention anything about the third favour. Several times Mab has offered to forgive the debt if Harry became the Winter Knight, but he refused. So, one of the things we know for sure about thresholds is that humans produce them, while supernatural critters don't. So, what about half-human half-supernatural things, like Changelings and Scions? Would they produce thresholds over their homes? Would they be affected by the thresholds of others? If I had to make a total guess, I would say that half-humans would probably either produce weaker than normal thresholds, and/or their thresholds might have issues like a changeling's threshold...

So, we know from canon that sunrise and sunset have all kinds of magical significance, like wiping out unprotected spirits and dispelling a lot of magical energy because the world resets/starts a new day. So, what happens in places above the arctic circle/below the antarctic circle, where you can go for extended periods of time without any sunrise/sunset? It is such a possible Xover, it is theorised that the nevernever could allow passage to whole new planets, what if carna is one of them. A storm, could have flung a roman camp deep through the nevernever. Dresden could help them reconnect to earth, they would be classified as elemantists.
