    OfflineTV Creative Challenge

    OfflineTV released an anime music video on Youtube yesterday (10/02), and used it to launch the OTV Creative Challenge. This challenge is a call to writers/storytellers to send them material, preferably but not necessarily featuring the OTV members, in a contest to win the right to work with OTV to develop... an anime?
