There's a lot of controversy to Ash's first league run through, quite a bit well deserved, but at the same time for the most part he would have won his badges regardless. Maybe not against Brock, but nowadays that Onix was weak as hell because a simple Rain Dance would have done it in presently. Pokemon and Zombies
It's called Pokemon Snakewood, and it's awesome. Come play with me! http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=235371 So far it's amusing, with a quirky sense of humour and a good deal of decapitated heads. It's not an especially pretty hack, but it doesn't need to be as it makes it up all in gameplay and story. Very refreshing considering all the shitty but pretty fan games out there. Here's a picture. Pokemon Fan Games
Can anyone recommend any? For those who don't know, pokemon fangames are games made by fans - most often they'll have new story lines, new protagonists and villains, maps and regions, pokemon or graphics. They tend to be either patches or mimic pokemon games' gameplay while being built from scratch (a good base is Poccil's Pokemon Starter Kit on RPGXP). A friend of mine recommend this game and it is quite good. Here is a preview gameplay video. (Note: This was made months ago, the game looks a bit better now). You can check out the other systems in the suggestions. Website is here Controls: Left click or arrows to move around. Left click on move to use(can be swapped to right click). Alt+left click on npc to talk. Control+left click(or right click + use) to use/interact with stuff. I.e. use pokeball, open body etc.
